When I brought this to their attention, I was assured that my card information would be removed from the incorrect account and that the issue had been resolved. Despite those assurances, my debit card was charged again. This second charge occurred after I had already notified the staff of the mistake and after I was specifically told that my card information would be deleted. As a result, I spent a significant portion of my vacation dealing with a problem that should never have happened in the first place. Not only did these errors create financial stress and inconvenience, but they also ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation. I trusted your staff to correct the mistake after it was first reported, and unfortunately that trust was misplaced when my card was charged again. I believe it is unreasonable for me to bear the consequences of repeated errors made by the office, particularly after I had notified you of the problem and received assurances that it had been corrected. For these reasons, I respectfully requested a refund and I was denied and told that it was my banks fault for letting the transactions to occur. They won't take accountability and refuse to work with me. This was my debit card that was charged and over $400 and was on hold for a total of 8 days. My bank cancelled my card. Just one headache after another because of all of this. I feel as though they should've accommodated me seeing how their actions and failure to pay attention caused all of this.

They have a large open area for gathering with 's inside and outside too. Kids play ground was being delivered when we were there. ( see pictures!) The RV sites are a bit close together, but we didn't have any trouble backing our 34' 5th wheel into our spot. We stayed right by the river, which was beautiful, though the site did slope toward the water. It looks like most of the riverfront sites are similar, so bringing extra blocks is a good idea. The non‑river sites with concrete pads looked level, and the gravel pads seemed well maintained too. Each site comes with a picnic table, fire ring, and full hookups. There's a hotel across the river, but it didn't bother us at all. Overall, we were happy with our stay--the location is great, the park is clean, and the amenities are solid. We'd definitely recommend Camp RiversLanding to anyone visiting Pigeon Forge, especially if you want to be close to the river.

This is a pretty cut and dry campground. They do have tent sites, but this is more of an RV/Camper…read moretype spot. Its a simple oval layout. bathrooms located in the middle area. They also have a small pool, sand volleyball and a playground for the kids. The bathrooms are pretty nice actually, and showers are decent too. The sites are pretty much right up on each other, and not all of them have fire rings. We saw where there possibly was one on our site next to the road, but no ring. But if you're just sleeping here, then it's perfect for you. It was pretty quiet, minus the traffic noise. So again, a plus. They do have a small store on site for firewood and the like. The perk here is "continental breakfast" every morning. Or rather a voucher good at the Smokey Mountain Pancake house down the street. You get a choice of 4 different items. Mainly a 3 pancake breakfast, French toast, or biscuits and gravy. I wish they had a smaller more simple sausage and egg or omelet option, but they do have a percentage off if you don't want one of the prechosen combos. The location is nice, just on the other side of the river from the parkway, and at the end of the strip before you head into Gatlinburg, so nothing flanks you on 2 sides really. And if you take the back road to get here less traffic! It's also super simple to get to Dollywood as well. So quiet not a whole lot of bells and whistles simple place to park and rest your head if that's what you're looking for. And decently priced under $50 with hookups.

We checked out quite a few of their recommendations, and they did not disappoint! We loved that the campground was quaint and not a concrete campground like many others in Gatlinburg. We had sites 24,27, 28, and the papa bear cabin. This was such an amazing spot to post up and social distance from the world!
