We thought they did a decent job on it until we took it out of storage this summer....Right down the middle of the front, there is a 1/2 inch scratch, I guess you could call it, that they filled in and painted over because it runs right under the decals. This was not noticeable when we picked it up, but only appeared later. The fact that the decals are over it and there are no indentations under the decal, show that it was covered up. This was an insurance claim, but we will not be bringing it back to have them redo....if this is the kind of work they do, we don't need it.

Our 2016 2500 Dodge Ram Mega Cab went into "Limp Mode" just as we pulled into Custer, SD. This occurred on a Sunday afternoon which happened to be the day before the 4th of July Holiday as well. The following day as I prepared for a tow to the closest dealership which was about an hour away we made the call to Black Hills Towing. Not only did Jeff and his son answer their phones quickly on a holiday but they provided us with a very reasonable price. Jeff arrived on time at our hotel July 5th and loaded our truck onto his trailer and got us on the road to be first in line at the dealership. Jeff was very personal and made the one hour ride enjoyable. It was nice to chat with him and laugh even though our situation was not the best. Jeff was very knowledgeable about the area, the local mechanics, and answered all our questions. It was very obvious that me and my wife were in a vulnerable situation with limited options and Jeff treated us like he would family. I am not one to write reviews but this required one with out a doubt.

The gas prices are usually the lowest in town and you get a 5 cent discount for paying with cash. The staff members are very friendly and will often strike up a conversation with you. Being far from home, this is a nice touch. To make things even better, I put $10 of gas into my car to make it to Rapid City and I was given a voucher for a free car wash. Unexpected, but greatly appreciated it! Who knew a stop at a little gas station could leave you with a smile on your face.
