Now that alone doesn't necessarily rate the five stars. But what does rate it is the way you're made to feel like you're a regular customer. The very same mechanic who helped me with the tire stopped and helped me get free and on my way. And reluctantly accepted payment only after my grateful insistence. We thought they did a decent job on it until we took it out of storage this summer....Right down the middle of the front, there is a 1/2 inch scratch, I guess you could call it, that they filled in and painted over because it runs right under the decals. This was not noticeable when we picked it up, but only appeared later. The fact that the decals are over it and there are no indentations under the decal, show that it was covered up. This was an insurance claim, but we will not be bringing it back to have them redo....if this is the kind of work they do, we don't need it.

I had unknowingly caused additional damage during a tow to a different shop, and they handled those repairs without issue. They even fixed the handle on the side of the seat and gave the car some much-needed TLC--small touches that really made a difference.
