He immediately suggested re-using the blocks since they seemed to be in decent condition and would save money. I met with another company the day prior and was originally planning on getting a 3rd estimate. After getting Carlos' very reasonable estimate and asking a few question regarding timeline, I approved the estimate and was ready to move forward. Just 3 days later, the work started and was finished just 4 days later with a Sunday and a rainy Monday that was a wash out. I was so pleased since this has been on my todo list for the last several years and relieved to have it done correctly. My neighbor was also pleased to get part of his yard back. They wanted it to be able to hold a up house & the other guy didn't agree. That's when my My brother found Nick at Prestige. Nick came in, worked very well with the town. They built this deck in a week. The guy at the Town liked Nick so much, he came out right away for each inspection. This deck is gorgeous! After the deck, my brother had Nick gut & put in a whole new bathroom and wow, again a tremendous job. Nick also ripped up my brothers very large yard and planted all new grass.
