It was very easy to complete the financing process as well. Before it was installed, JLM sat down with me to review all of our available options based on the current status of our system. I feel they are very trustworthy, unlike some other "bigger" companies we've used in the past for service. Highly recommend. Thank you JLM!

I started a yelp project and requested several quotes. One was from this business…read more Communication was great however they wanted to come to my home without me there texted to leave door unlocked or a key for them and they would send me an invoice. I was not given a price and I have never met this person. When I declined services due to these things I received "You want me to drive 45 mins spend 1-2 hrs testing the systems for free?" Brandon kept going on and on being demeaning, disrespectful and unprofessional. I was very hostile. I explained further I am not interested due to the cost as I would like to get several quotes and several I have spoken to do not charge a fee. To improve I think this company should meet with homeowners first not try to gain access to their home without them present and be transparent with pricing.

1 BR apartment - $786.95 with coupon…read more I received a coupon in the mail for $45.95 duct cleaning. I thought I might need mine cleaned and I only have a small one bedroom apartment so I contacted them. The woman said there was a cancellation so they could come out in a couple hours and they would give me the final price before starting work. If I choose not to have the work done I'd have to pay $25 for the visit/quote. They arrived basically on time. The young man was professional and well-spoken. He looked through the rooms and basement and counted the vents/registers and main line ducts. I thought I had just one "main line" in the basement but based on the price it appears there are 4 or 5. That seems to be the bulk of the cost because they charge $10/foot which isnt stated in the coupon. He gave me the quote and I chose to complete the work. Three nice young men completed the work. They were friendly and polite and seemed to work hard. It was done in a few hours. He stated that they also cleaned the dryer vent though it doesn't appear on the invoice. I'm going to take a look at the dryer vent today to see how it looks. The young man also indicated that they sanitized the ducts to eliminate germs/bacteria/dust mites and feces. I had expected them to provide a Safety Data Sheet or information on the sanitization process or chemical used but I didn't receive one. I'm sure I could have asked but they finished so quickly I didn't have a chance. I smelled nothing after they left thought they treated all the ducts and said I should run the fan constantly for an hour because of the sanitization process. Cost breakdown for 1 BR 1 BATH apartment: $45.95 cleaning of 7 vents (coupon) $10.00 clean second air return (even though there is only one, the duct was split in half) $396.00 clean main lines in basement ($10/ft w max of $99 per line) $120.00 cut holes in ducts to perform the cleaning. $40/hole. $125 Clean blower fan (optional work) $90.00 Treat air passages interiors with sanitizing (sic) to eliminate germs/bacteria/dust mites/feces ----------------------------------------- $786.95 ($810.56 if using credit card)

Not sure that's true. I am having a problem now with water leaking on the floor from an overflow from the heater. Sam talked to us July 3, 2025, we showed him pictures of the issue. End of July 2025 and, after calling , texting, my husband calling, texting , I had to call a different company to come out and found out that Sam from Liberty Heating and Air moved the water heater to a different spot and over the drain so now I have to have it moved because water is flooding the basement and we have to put overflow hose in a bucket. Sam if you see this review and are honorable and properly take care of the problem you caused we will alter the review to reflect your ethics in correcting your mistake. Otherwise.......the value for your service is minus several hundreds of dollars and your name is mud. Shame on you. Well ,Sam is a good guy after all I said. He called me back, went to the property resolved the issue which turned out not to be a mistake he made but rather our tenant moving the overflow drain out of the drain. The other company said the water heater needed to be moved. Sam showed me proof he hadn't moved the location of the water heater from its original spot that it sat on for over 20 years. The other company could have put the drain hose back in the drain but chose not to. Another story. We are happy satisfied customers! I'd recommend Sam he is honorable. A happy ending.....
