Had to call Spire to check and they found the leak was worse after the 'fix' and called CAC again. Longer wait, but had a different plumber come out to replace the part. Second guy fixed it and all is fine. He did try selling me other services, which was a joke after needing visits for what was a routine fix. I also suffered sticker shock for the visit (only charged for one, thankfully) but excessive hourly rate and supply charges. I'll move away from CAC and roll the dice with someone who can do the job right the first time.

This bid was actually less than the competitors, and they had not been around as long as Harster! It was an easy choice. We scheduled to do the replacement in January. Jim and his team came out to do the install and addressed some additional needs to increase the air flow, make the existing unit up to proper code, and make the filter track so it fit filters appropriately. The last unit installation I'm sure was a DIY job or done by a less qualified company. Jim addressed all those issues. I was on a meeting when he was all finished and didn't get to go see the finished product until after he left. It was beautifully done and very neat.

My furnace stopped working and I called Harster after reading the other reviews on Yelp. The receptionist was very nice and she had a technician out in less than 2 hours. I ended up needing a new system, but two of the nicest and most informative technicians came out the very next day and completed the work. They talked to me about the system and what I can do to maintain it. The price was fair and what they quoted originally did not change after the work had been done. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Recently we had Sean come out to trouble-shoot, and ended up with a video camera DVD of a drain line from the gutter to the street, which pinpointed our troubles. Plus some ideas for low cost fixes; all for a reasonable fee, and in good time. Very professional all the way through, from service to technology to paperwork. Here's your Pro-Tip from Sean: remember to rout out your lines before the holidays, as a matter of routine maintenance. Otherwise, when the house is suddenly full of twenty relatives - whoops! What might have been a small problem turns into a big problem at a bad time. Thanks, Sean!

It was time to replace a 30 year old system. The moment I opened the front door and met Tyler Koonce, I relaxed and realized I was in very good hands. I can't say enough good things about Tyler. He's mature, professional, knowledgeable, an incredibly hard worker, and just a nice person. Tyler explained everything that would occur that day and encouraged me to check in on the progress at any time and ask questions, which I did. His colleague Chris joined him and the two of them spent the next five hours installing the new Lennox system. The two of them did a great job and were a great team. When they were finished, they reviewed what they had done, answered my questions, and showed me how to use the new thermostat. They made the entire process easy and interesting and even fun with their good humor. The new Lennox system is working beautifully and is making all the difference. Thank you, Tyler and Chris! You and Level 9 are the best!
