The overall ambiance is wanting some updating. There is a full service bar when you walk in which also serves as the staging area for the next seating. Once seated the entertainment area reminded me of a German Beer Hall, long tables run vertically from the stage. Chairs closely lined up so you will get to know your neighbors before the show is over. There are some tables lined horizontally to the stage which would pose some viewing challenges if your chair is facing away from the stage. So be prepared to adjust your chair for better viewing. Getting there earlier allowed us to get our drinks ( there's a two drink minimum) before the show started. Once the show starts it did take some time to reorder. I think they could have used a few more servers as the show was sold out this evening. We did not order food so I cannot comment but there were a number of various food items to choose from. The comedians material are all different so there's a style for everyone. It does get noisy especially if seated under or near the wall mounted speakers so be aware of their location when being seated. I was impressed with the "manager" Lauren who stopped by our table to welcome us and we had an interesting conversation. I was quite surprised that she also performed herself as the opening act and was very humorous herself. Overall a great place to see upcoming comedians and have a good time. One note you may get that occasional heckler who thinks he or she are funny too. The comedians did a nice job of handling but I think the establishment should take a stronger action when this occurs as I saw some attendees getting upset. But I suspect that occurs in many comedy club. Entertaining evening and I'll definitely return for another show when back in the area.

My only complaint is that the tables are set up vertically when I feel they should be horizontal. My neck definitely got a cramp. Now on to food and drinks. I do not have any pictures as I didn't want to take my phone out of respect for the comedians on stage. The menu has lots of different things. I would say there was something for everyone. I ended up having a Caesar salad and I added grilled chicken. It was about $4 extra for the chicken. I thought I would get nice strips of grilled chicken. Instead, I got chopped pieces. Not worth $4 at all. For my beverage I had a HighNoon seltzer. They advertised they had White Claws in various flavors, but only had one. A bit misleading. My boyfriend had baked ziti and had a white wine. He said the baked ziti was nice and cheesy. His wine had a nice pour. My mom had spinach dip and a cocktail. She enjoyed both. My stepdad ordered New England clam chowder. It was not good at all. The consistency was off; it was very thin/watery and not thick at all. There were a few questions and answers, but lights were not shown on the audience so on stage they could not see who was waving hands to possibly get a chance to get a mic and ask. Also As EG tended to lovingly go off on tangents many questions were not precise or answered from the small crowd. Definately could have had a more exacting format for that proceedure. As for the movie, Wow, it was clear and sharp with good sound and nice to see on a full screen. This one was the original ending (not the directors cut) Where they appear to live happily ever after - maybe! **) - Great cast in this version with Rich Moranas, John Candy, Bill Murray, Steve Martin, Jim Belushi, and a few other perfectly placed characters. I got a great seat after calling and speaking with a helpful lovely lady, though I felt the tickets for this were a bit costly. My drive is far enough away for it not to be a common visit. Though with the passing of versitile Vagabon Tim Curry perhaps the upcoming Rocky Horror Picture show will fill more seats.

It was a medical issue that arose. My pregnancy was very high risk and was causing MEDICAL issues. Not just, life happens - which I find to be a huge difference. When you hear life happens, it's like I didn't budget my money or we're moving. But the money I needed back was to pay for medical bills. Had I decided to have that party, I could have gotten incredibly sick and/or harmed my child. 2. I cancelled with 4 months notice - less than 60 days after booking and placing the deposit. This was more than ample time for the company to fill that date with another party. This cancellation gave plenty of time and was shortly after the deposit was place because it was only after I placed the deposit that I even found out I was pregnant much less that it was a dangerous pregnancy. 3. My original conversation with one of the workers led me to believe that they were going to work with me BECAUSE it was medical, and then once it was refused AFTER I was lead to believe - I put in the dispute because that's what I was advised to do by the credit card company. Then after I put through the dispute, I was offered your solution of a different date, which I did attempt to use but then your company ignored me for a long time, then when you finally responded it was to tell me that you didn't do it because of the chargeback. You only offered the solution AFTER the chargeback then rescinded BECAUSE of the chargeback. After 3 years, I do not expect you are able to fix this mess you caused - but I thought you should know that this was not just a "life happens" or a last minute cancellation. I found it completely heartless that you would punish someone for being sick despite the massive notice you were given.

I hired Happy Little Brush Strokes as a painting activity for a bachelorette party, and the company was so easy to work with from start to finish. I reserved my date several months in advance because their calendar fills up quickly! You're able to choose one of the paintings from their website and adapt it to what you need. I chose to paint full-sized wine bottles (and place fairy lights inside of the bottle so it lights up!) since the bachelorette party was "wine themed." The price was $30 per person for the experience. I believe if you choose to paint a canvas, it's $25 per person. Happy Little Brush Strokes came all the way out to Greenport, Long Island to do this activity. The instructor, Bob, was an absolute delight, who was filled with so much positive energy! He provided everything we needed for the event (paint, brushes, water cups, the wine bottles, fairy lights). The only thing we needed to provide were tables, table cloths, and chairs for our group of 7. The experience took just over two hours, and everyone had an amazing time!
