He'll tell you he's going to come back, he just never shows up. I had him install a lawn that never took, when I asked him how much top soil he was using, he told me dirt is dirt. I had him do a paver patio and he uses concrete as his paver restraint, (see attached photo below), also, he has the wrong level on the patio, it should have a slight off level from the back to the front for the water drain, but, not on the front from side to side, when I asked him about the front not being level, he told me the water needs to drain that way. I asked him to come back and remove the concrete and level the patio the correct way, he said he would but he never showed up. He did my landscaping and put a TREE about two feet from my house, asked him to come back and move it out, said he would, but, again, never showed. I ended up doing it myself. This was my experience with Blake Landscaping. I would never use him again or recommend him to my worst enemy.
