In terms of security, there is a password needed to get into the gate, and you provide your own lock for your unit. I never had a problem with theft, not did anyone else I know using this location. There were issues immediately with low estimates and miscalculated material costs. Because of that my insurance company has had to issue multiple checks, costing me both time and money. In terms of the actual work, roof flashing was skipped entirely upon roof replacement, later identified as a flooding hazard. Also, the roofing shingles were supposed to be Dark Gray and they were installed Light to Medium Gray. I could probably have pushed the problem but decided against it. For ceiling damage, the worker subcontractors interpreted the work as painting only even though the estimates stated sheet rock replacement, so that had to be rescheduled. For another ceiling on the 2nd floor, after the work was finished, there were scuffs and small dents and the project manager accused me of fabricating the damage. Lastly, one window screen was not installed flush with the window and was later corrected. It has been a full year and works remain incomplete.

I was promised they would be repaired or the dresser entirely replaced and have not heard from the owner/movers in a year. I even tipped them because I was in a bind and needed to move quickly. But as the old saying goes "you get what you pay for", this definitely wasn't worth the damage to my furniture and no additional follow-up. I would not recommend this moving company to anyone. Dishonest. Unprofessional. Unorganized. Rude. Amateur. Scam Artists…read more I could go on and on. These are the worst contractors in the state of North Carolina. Avoid them like the plague. First of all, the only other review is from the owners daughter, who we worked with primarily on this project. While scoping out the work, she assured us that she had her own crew of workers that would be completing the work for us, which started with a roof replacement. After weeks of delays because someone on their normal crew was injured, the work was subcontracted to another group of bums who promptly removed the old roof, and then let the house sit without any roof protection for three days. It rained for two of those three days, and you will see from the pictures I've attached what happened as a result. With so much water coming in on the insulation and ceilings, the ceilings collapsed in 6 out of 10 rooms in the house. We were assured by Lucinda that she would take care of everything, and that we didn't need to go through her insurance. Bad move. That never happened. The roof was eventually finished, but the ceilings were never fixed. We are now having to pay another contractor thousands of dollars to fix them. See you in court, Lucinda & Gutter Monkey!

Our gutters are over our deck and he always does his best to clean off the deck as well and not leave things messier than when he arrived. We have found he has some of the most competitive rates in the area. Our gutters are constantly full so we end up calling Nate about every quarter or so.
