There are plenty of reviews for this place on tripadvisor, but they deserve a good review on yelp.
Grainne and Roberta are the two women we interacted with the most during our stay. They are definitely two of the nicest people we have met during our stay in Ireland.
The rooms are big. Plenty of space to move around and keep your luggage out in the open.
The beds are comfy, too. To avoid noise ask for a room towards the rear of the building.
The bathrooms work well but the showers are small. You will have a tough time shaving your legs. No bar soap or conditioner but plenty of liquid soap and shampoo.
Breakfast is awesome. We got the Irish breakfast daily. The egg has the right amount of salt. The ham is delicious. The Irish pudding tastes great too.
The location of this bed and breakfast is right around the corner from the heuston train station, which was perfect for our railtours agenda.
There are a few pubs/restaurants across the street and the Phoenix park right next door. read more
