The outside patio is on a busy Piazza - and not one of the attractive historic ones. We were then ignored for about 20 minutes and weren't even offered water. Finally got a teenager for a waiter who spoke passable English (menu is entirely in Italian) but couldn't give us much in the way of translations or recommendations. Our wine order was frowned upon by the owner but didn't offer an alternative ("I don't like that wine") - so why have it on your menu? We shared a pear pasta and lasagna - which were both good - and then ordered 2 large Florentine steaks to share. The steaks were disappointing - a lot of gristle and unevenly cooked - and we had had a fabulous one a week earlier at a Montepulciano restaurant so we knew what it should taste like. We were made to feel so special at multiple restaurants throughout our trip that the entire experience at 4 Leoni was a terrible letdown for all of us. Maybe an off night for them but there were too many negatives.
