Their receptionist was super nice, my pre-op nurse, Brad, was also awesome. Nice, personable, and professional. I had my shoulder worked on which required a block by an anesthesiologist. I don't remember his name but I think he was Indian. He was stupendous. He was kind and explained everything he did BEFORE he started. My block was predicted to last 12-18 hours and it lasted approximately 18.5! My first 24 hours post-op was completely pain free! Thanks doc! The post-op recovery nurse was also super kind and professional. The facility was clean and very comfortable. Given the choice I would choose SFSC AGAIN!

The drive is definitely long, and at times painful along with uncomfortable due to my conditions. I've never found many physician's as Dr Lee-Sigler who go over your diagnosis and treatment plan as she. I've had other issues that were not within her field and recommended me to colleagues who were outstanding. Dr Wolfe was outstanding regarding my knee issue. Dr Saenz did an outstanding surgery on the wrist I broke. This establishment from the time you walk through the door, escorted to the doctor, seeing the doctor, getting X-ray, and checking out is extremely pleasant. The wait time very minimal from the waiting room to seeing the doctor. Since my time with this establishment I've never been under their roof over an hour...! There was little wait time, staff was friendly and efficient, and the doctor had a nice bedside manner. I was in and out in about an hour. EMG testing was uncomfortable but not painful and the needles were like acupuncture needles and I couldn't even feel them. If you're nervous about this, don't be. It's just a strange experience and it's over soon enough.

At my May 2025 visit, I was told that my insurance would cover the appointment and that I didn't have a balance. Months later, I was unexpectedly informed that I actually owed money--due to a mistake the office manager made. Instead of owning up to the error, she shifted the blame onto me, even though it was her responsibility to verify the information before assuring me I owed nothing. What's most disheartening is that this was handled without the same care and integrity Dr. Darlington himself showed. I now have a balance on my account and a sadness in my heart. Everyone makes mistakes--but it's not okay to gaslight loyal customers or avoid accountability. As someone who values honesty, responsibility, and professionalism in business, I cannot recommend this office. I hope they grow from this and treat all patients with the respect and transparency they deserve.
