The office is located in an office building and I was a bit confused because in the building's directory, suite #225 is listed under another company name. But it's just because Doorstep Digital has their small office within another company's office. Really pleased with how my family photos turned out and will absolutely work with them again!

I spoke with the owner upon delivery of my first phase of loose photos, and he laid out different options based on my wants, needs and budget. I was kept in the loop and notified of phases being complete. I then sent a few very old photo albums, with sticky pages, and even those came out great in the scanning process. No shadow or lights like you might come across if you try to do this on your own. Amazing quality! I am very happy with the process and completion.

They were able to not only capture but also piece together all the important moments of the day so perfectly, with the best selection in music to fit the scenes and us. It is obvious how much work they put in to create personalized videos that evoke emotion. Something that was missing in a lot of other vendor portfolios I was looking into. Not only are they amazingly talented individuals, they are super friendly, easy to talk to, and professional. Go ahead and check out all of their work on Vimeo and you'll see for yourself. Thank you Leap Productions for all your hard work. I will happily watch the heck out of the video and tear up every time forever.

Out of every vendor we worked with, they were hands down our favorite. They didn't just film events--they captured the essence of each one. Every meaningful moment, subtle detail, and raw emotion in the room was thoughtfully documented and then woven together through beautifully intentional editing. The pacing, storytelling, and music choices were flawless, and each video feels distinct while still connected to the larger story of our weekend. The five videos they created for us are truly a testament to their talent and care for their craft. We worked with top-tier vendors and venues in Houston, and Leap Productions stood out at the highest level. Thomas went above and beyond for us. Not only did his photos turn out great (he captured so many…read moreprecious but fleeting moments and demonstrated an amazing eye for framing, sentiment and detail), but he acted as our day-of coordinator (helped move things along, keep us on schedule, and make weather-related adaptations) and served as our resource for everything wedding related (from how to look good in pictures to putting on a boutonniere and fixing my veil!) He lived up to his assurance that he "got this" and more. He did have everything under control despite our tight schedule and chaotic venue, and it was because of him that we were able to fully enjoy our day and spend quality time with our guests. We greatly enjoyed working with him and our wedding party and videographers did too. We felt so comfortable with him! He was fun, polite, organized, calming, responsible, and flexible. His photography skills go without saying! We received our photos 10 days after the wedding and were floored by their quantity and quality. He made us look like movie stars, whether indoors, outdoors, in the sun or in the rain! One cannot ask for more in a wedding photographer. We feel immeasurably blessed to have had him with us on our wedding day. We cannot thank him enough! We also love Al, our engagement session photographer. He had the best attitude, was fun to work with, was knowledgeable, offered excellent artistic direction, and demonstrated amazing attention to detail. It was a hot April day but he wasted no time to take a break. He arrived before we did and had a game plan ready the minute we arrived! His photos exceeded our expectations: they were artful and not cheesy; natural but flattering! Everyone was blown away by our photos and wanted to know where we took them, but I wanted to tell them that it was Al that made the difference! He made the location look so fancy when it was really just a parking lot outside a library and pub! Hiring Evoke was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. I've compared extensively and having worked with them, I can say without reservation that they are hands down the best value studio you will find in Houston. I don't think their online portfolio or even their in-studio albums do them justice. Other aspects that I appreciated include their responsive staff, easy payment system, and helpful instructions and tips. Sara in particular was very patient, accommodating, and helpful throughout the process. She spent nearly an hour before our big day to discuss our wedding day timeline to make sure that it was feasible and made terrific suggestions. It is clear that everyone we worked with at Evoke are wedding experts, and even though the studio runs like a well-oiled machine, they care about each of their clients and make you feel important and cared for. Thank you Evoke!
