Prior to the work being done, I was given a detailed proposal of the the work to be done, which I then signed and agreed to. When the work was completed, the numbers did not change. The contractors described the scope of the work that was completed in detail to me in an honest and transparent fashion. This company did an excellent job! Crawl space was treated for pests, mold, and a vapor barrier was installed at an excellent price. Work was completed the same day, so no one was inconvenienced. Pricing was quite reasonable. Drew, Karen, and Jessop were wonderful to work with. Warranty certificates for the work that was done provided. Given the fact that other Real Estate companies such as FC Tucker endorses RMS, just reinforces my opinion that this is definitely a company to consider when having this type of work done.
