I identified myself as one of their existing customers and they responded that it was supposed to rain that afternoon and they weren't sure if they could get to us that day or not. That is the wrong answer in the HVAC industry. When you have a total AC failure in Florida it is a very bad situation and needs support hopefully that same day even if late in that day. I called someone else who responded correctly, they would be here later that day. They arrived mid-afternoon, made the repair and left me very happy. They are my new go-to HVAC. An HVAC contractor that can't take care of their regular customers is not acceptable. Recommend you look elsewhere to support our local HVAC contractors, there are many other choices locally....

They act as though they're doing you a favor, after they've collected the money "they" quoted you. It's a result of a lack of integrity and as a young company, they need to know how to trouble shoot an issue, instead of blaming the customer. This is a constructive criticism so they can learn and grow as their business grows.
