Walking tarps were placed to ensure there would be no dirt tracked on the rugs and hardwood floors. In addition, Tom for slip-on "booties" worn while working on the house. 4. I spent time with the owner and we agreed I would follow up via phone or email with the base and accessories I wanted. Unfortunately, after calling three times (each time he was unavailable) and emailing with no response, I decided to return in person the following week. The owner wasn't there, and the employee present seemed more interested in closing up for the day than helping me complete the order. He gave multiple excuses for why he couldn't help. On December 6th the the doors would not close so we called East Coast to have have them come out and fix/adjust the doors. I was told that they are new owners and they will not honor any of the previous owners warranties. He then hung up on me! These "new" owners obviously don't care about existing customer service so I highly doubt they'll care about new customers!!
