My wife had been going here to get her car washed and gas (note past tense). I bought a new truck and went here for the first time. One of the attendants came out and said they were offering their premium wash for a lower price. I had to enter some information into the kiosk and asked the kid if I was signing up for anything I was told no. I returned to the car wash and the system did not recognize my plate so I paid for my next wash and the wash after. I realized 3 months later I was being billed $30 a month. 1 car wash nearly cost me $100! I called corporate and said they could keep us as customers and make this right by either refunding the money or offering credit for some future washes. The response was beyond rude - you lost my business, hopefully a negative review will cost you some more. Would have been a better business decision to keep a customer. read more

Don't use the carwash unless you want to sustain damage. The belt chain broke while I was inside and left my vehicle stuck in the dryer portion as the two flame jets blasted my car and chipped paint along the front and hood. No apologies, no fix, not even an attempt. Claimed it was preexisting damage even though I have photos that prove otherwise. It was hilarious you could hear the managers voice shaking as I spoke to him - not hard to tell their excuse of preexisting damage was fabricated. Absolutely terrible customer service. Take your vehicle elsewhere to avoid any potential damage caused by the wash!! read more

Wanted to check the gas station out while I was at Dukes. It definitely has cheaper alternatives. Overall it's a fairly sized gas station that's moderately priced. Features warm food as well, tons of gas pumps and no cook county taxes. Overall average place. read more

Great location on LaGrange with a new traffic light to boot. We have tried the BBQ and bagels and they were great as well! Right now gas discounts with a rewards card! read more

After getting about Half way through the Car wash I was hit from Behind. After sitting there the Attendee got both mine and and the other car out. The Attendee came out And gave us an Incident report to fill out. And said his manager would get back to us becaus us because he was going out for Dinner. I asked to speak to the manager. So I asked him if I could please speak to the manager on his phone. And the manager told me that he couldn't speak right now because he was going out for dinner. So I stopped by the next day and asked to speak to the manager. I spoke to the manager and he said that the district manager said it was not our fault, And that we are not responsible if another Car hits another Car what in there Car Wash ... Luckily known was hurt..... So I filled out a police report with the Mokena police department. Just got call with the GAS and WASH district manager and he told me the same thing that it is not our responsibility if one car hits another car in the car The district manager didn't even ask if everyone was okay that was in the cars. This is the last time I will show up at any GAS and WASH. Because they just don't seem to be sympathetic to whatever happens to the people that come in their business. read more

This place is not the same since Dan left. Store not as clean, shelves do not look stocked, displays in poor shape and the people working there do not have the same friendly attitude. Dan really did an amazing job there. He definitely needs to come back. read more

Store not as nice as it used to be! Low stock, displays outside the front of the store very messy.

This location used to be a lot cleaner and the associates a lot happier and more friendly.

What happened to your manager Dan? My wife and I would stop at this location and always enjoyed seeing him. We ran into him at the Frankfort Fest and he is just as friendly and genuine outside work as he is inside work. Dan really made the store a great place to stop. read more

The associates at this location are just fantastic. You can tell they work very well together and treat each other and the customers like friends and family. However, the manager Shelena is just terrible! She is very rude and condescending! read more

Nice store and location . A lot of cussing coming from the dark haired young lady with glasses in the office.

The pet wash would be nicer if you didn't have to take your pet across the car wash!! My giant dog was so scared passing the car wash and I almost lost him. You literally have to pass right where the automated car wash releases their cars onto the road. So if we didn't see the door go up, we'd get hit by the cars coming out of the wash. Poor design. Also, the ramp to the pet wash is so steep my two dogs would not go up the ramp. I had to pick them up individually. read more

Best car washes are at this chain of stations this one especially because it has built in options like Great American Bagel, Dunkin Donuts & Hog Wild Express all available via drive through read more

I started getting car washes earlier this year on a monthly package, everything was fine until my car was stolen. My car was stolen Nov 5, I went to cancel my monthly subscription right away and there was no manager on sight multiple times to cancel my subscription. I finally cancelled my monthly subscription December 6. I simply asked for the refund for the December payment and the manager said no. I asked again and he still said no. Most managers would probably like to retain a customer and would have gladly returned the December payment knowing that I previously tried to cancel when they were not around. Instead this manager decided it was funny with the other employee with whom I tried to cancel with and fist bumped each other as I watched them doing it and looking at me at the same time. This car wash needs classier people handling their car wash and a manager who is looking to retain monthly paying customers instead of making them never wanting to return. I was refunded by my credit card company after I explained to them what happen. I guess I got the last two laughs. read more
