I had to enter some information into the kiosk and asked the kid if I was signing up for anything I was told no. I returned to the car wash and the system did not recognize my plate so I paid for my next wash and the wash after. I realized 3 months later I was being billed $30 a month. 1 car wash nearly cost me $100! I called corporate and said they could keep us as customers and make this right by either refunding the money or offering credit for some future washes. The response was beyond rude - you lost my business, hopefully a negative review will cost you some more. Would have been a better business decision to keep a customer.

No apologies, no fix, not even an attempt. Claimed it was preexisting damage even though I have photos that prove otherwise. I hate that you can see the Sears Tower (Willis tower) in the distance but not get to go into the beautiful windy city that I love so much I did need to stop and change my child's diaper. So I stopped at this BP Gas Station to do so! I got gas, pretty pricey, but 15 cents cheaper than the Indiana Toll Rode which I had just got off of! I got the gas and then changed our baby's diaper outside a Subway in the shade, it went great and not to many gawkers! I then went into the Gas Station to wash my hands and walked in on a guy taking a number 2, who did not lock the door, hey yelled "HEYYYYYYYYYY" so I then did not want to wait around to make him embarrassed again, so I just went into the ladies room... I have never felt that it is unsafe to stop here and get gas, no matter what time it is. They have tons of pumps and they are all always working, I have never had to wait to use one. Full disclosure? This gas station is BAM, right there when I pull off 80 to come home and they have super clean restrooms. I have jumped out of the car after a long ride to use them more times than I can tell you! I never get a hassle about not buying gas which I really appreciate. I know, gas is crazy expensive right now but at least here there is not anything else annoying. If you have the money to fill up, check them out!

Conveniently located just off I-80 interstate LaGrange exit, this is the place to go if you are in need of gas, a car wash, a pit stop, or some good food ... this stop is worth it. Outside, there are loads of pumps so you don't have to wait for a gas fill, and they also offer the usual propane exchange tanks. They also have a very nice car wash, if you are in the mood for that. Inside the store, it is very clean and they offer the usual registers and impulse buying stuff (cigarettes, slushies, candy, chips and the like). But now if you would rather have something a bit different ... they can take care of that also. Orland Park Bakery set up a satellite cafe in the store to bring you sandwiches, doughnuts and other pastries, and really good coffee. Heinie McCarthy's has a setup inside also and brings you fresh fried chicken to satisfy your fried food needs. These two food offerings really set this Gas N Wash apart from the competition. The only problem with the special food setups is that they are not 24 hour establishments ... but during regular hours, they are the tops. Give this place a try next time you are buzzing by on the interstate ... you won't be sorry and you'll probably mark it down as a must stop every time through town.

It changed pretty seamlessly. As their prices are good, it can be tricky to find an open pump here. They also have some sort of rewards program which is ambiguous. You get a reward right away and then who knows how to redeem the subsequent balances. The best part about this place is the access - it is easy to get out of on LaGrange and in or out from La Porte. You have to get gas, you might as well make it as easy on yourself as you can.
