I had to enter some information into the kiosk and asked the kid if I was signing up for anything I was told no. I returned to the car wash and the system did not recognize my plate so I paid for my next wash and the wash after. I realized 3 months later I was being billed $30 a month. 1 car wash nearly cost me $100! I called corporate and said they could keep us as customers and make this right by either refunding the money or offering credit for some future washes. The response was beyond rude - you lost my business, hopefully a negative review will cost you some more. Would have been a better business decision to keep a customer.

I guess it's an ok experience despite pumps being out of service every time I come. Since it's in Mokena there's never really a line either way. The attendant is usually an old retiree or a high school kid, but they've always been pretty nice compared to the guys behind the bulletproof glass in the city. If you're out this way Speedway is a solid place to get your gas and you can feel good knowing it's not BP.

It changed pretty seamlessly. As their prices are good, it can be tricky to find an open pump here. They also have some sort of rewards program which is ambiguous. You get a reward right away and then who knows how to redeem the subsequent balances. The best part about this place is the access - it is easy to get out of on LaGrange and in or out from La Porte. You have to get gas, you might as well make it as easy on yourself as you can.

Always at a good price (CostCo doesn't really make much on any merchandise the sell), and great value.
