They did a great job cleaning our 20 year old gas fireplace. It looks almost brand new!

We paid several thousand dollars to haee them rebuild our 15-year-old Lennox gas fireplace. After more than 6 visits with multiple technicians over the course of a year, they finally got it to work correctly. And now, six months later, the brand new pilot light assembly keeps going out. Now they "no longer provide service in your area." Back in April of 2025 I gave them 5 stars. No more. read more

Excellent service...Easy to schedule online...will definitely use the Gas Fireplace Doctors again.

We have not used our gas fireplace in nearly 20 years and frankly, i forgot which controls did what, and was more than a little concerned about safety. "Dr." Thinh cleaned it all up, showed me how the controls worked, and the best way to shut down at end of season. His help is well appreciated and he only charged the flat rate housecall fee. Well remember him each time we use it this winter. THANKS Gas Fireplace Doctors of Parker!! read more

Had a very scary gas smell scare. Was able to easily book online and have someone out same day. Sean was professional, on time, and quick to inspect our fireplace. We will use them again thank you! read more

Fantastic job, hired these guy to clean and tune two gas fireplaces. Justin, our tech, was there 40 minutes early (when does that happen) he got the one fireplace that was DOA back in service, cleaned both of them, in a fast, friendly, and professional manner. He found a gas leak in one and fixed that too. He suggested that we could save money on heating if we added blowers to both units, then the heat would circulate the room rather than go up the chimney Sounded good to me, so I had him install them in both fireplaces, looking forward to the room being warmer from now on, and it should save on my heating bills. He left the place spotless, and was a very nice guy, I highly recommend hiring them to get your fireplaces tuned for the winter! Just do it! read more

GFD did a nice job with my fireplace, and Justin is a very friendly, professional technician. I called them out when my 20 year old Heat N Glo unit was malfunctioning, and a cleaning/tune up was all that was needed to bring it back in service and it looks great. No repair parts, no up-selling, etc. In fact, Justin was very willing to troubleshoot my existing remote control however I was fine with the new one (and price) he had on hand to replace it. About two weeks after service, I had a separate issue with the unit, and Justin came back, honoring the service warranty as stated on the company's website. This company is very credible- they perform as promised/advertised read more

Highly recommend!! Sean was right on time, professional and knowledgable. Another company had dismanteled the fireplace and left it in shambles. Sean knew immediately where they went wrong and offered a much simpler and cost effective solution for the initial problem. We will use GFD from here on out and recommend them to everyone! read more

Avoid this company unless you want poor customer service. We had them scheduled three times. The first time the technician had an accident so they cancelled. The second time a customer before our appointment didn't tell them they had 3 fireplaces so they got behind and had to reschedule. The third time they sent a text in the morning to confirm and then no called/no showed. Three strikes and you're out! There are plenty of other repair companies out there. read more

THIS COMPANY OPERATES UNDER SAGE SOLUTIONS AVOID AT ALL COSTS! SCAM Tech showed up to fix the gas fireplace, but only cleaned it, and did not hang around to test it. The cost was 185.  As soon as the tech left it broke. So the 'cleaning' did not fix the issue. I had to schedule for them to come back out today to fix what they should of fixed the first time; the cost was 351.76 . The 60 part was over priced, and the labor, which they state as free is rolled into an over priced part. Stay away from this company. SCAM. read more

Our fireplace works and looks like it is brand new after our GFD service visit. GFD's technician was incredibly kind to our dog as well, which is always a plus. read more

Our gas fireplace stopped working several weeks back, I called a few companies and decided on GFD. Danny came out today and looked at my fireplace and talked me through what I could expect, he was kind, respectful and kept cleaning my fireplace and looking around to see what the issue was and kept me informed every step of the way . It was my lack of maintenance and a build up of dust that was the culprit. My fireplace is now working better than it ever did, and also looks so so much better, the glass is no longer cloudy on the inside it's gleaming. Danny definitely went above and beyond to service my gas fireplace, would definitely use GFD again read more

I hired GFD to repair a gas fireplace that wouldn't turn on and clean my other one. On the first visit, the friendly tech was able to clean both units, but wasn't able to determine what was wrong with the broken unit. He kept after it and tried again with another visit (at no cost), he was still stumped so he had another tech come out and he was able to determine the cause. It took a few visits and about 6 weeks, but they were able to repair the unit. The technicians were friendly, communicative and I felt the pricing was fair and upfront. It did take longer than I had hoped to get to a fix, but I feel GFD was committed to getting the unit repaired properly and they kept in touch so I knew what was happening. Overall a good experience and I would recommend them. read more

When I first moved into my 14yr old home, I called Gas Fireplace Doctors to come out and clean my gas fireplace. They did a great job then, so I called them out two years later for another cleaning. Both times, it was super easy to get an appointment, the techs were on time, everyone from the office staff on the phone to the tech, himself, was very pleasant, and based on what I have seen, they absolutely know their craft/business! I will continue to rely on them and would absolutely recommend them. read more

I have had Sean from Fireplace Doctors to my house three times in the last two years. The first time he cleaned and inspected the fireplace. The second time he needed to replace some parts in the switches. The third time he quickly inspected and lit my pilot light. Sean is very prompt and courteous. He analyzes the situation and preforms only the service he sees is necessary. He is extremely generous and reasonable with his pricing. I would recommend him for any gas fireplace problem. read more

I had an issue with pilot light not staying lit. Called GFD, they scheduled an appointment quickly, sent reminder, tech showed up on time. I'm so glad I found these folks. I called early one week to clean and service my 20 yr old gas fireplace and they were able to fit me in that week. The nice lady on the phone was very courteous and professional, it was like talking to a friend. Adam arrived on time and called to give me his ETA. He took of his shoes before entering my home, was clean and courteous. He cleaned the fireplace and showed me what he found and offered tips to save me $. The only thing he didn't do was wear a mask. He explained things as he went and didn't try to upsell anything which I appreciate. I will always use these folks in the future, now all I need is a good plumber! read more

We used Sage/Gas Fireplace Doctors and have been very happy with their work. They cleaned three of our fireplaces and a few weeks later when we finally used them we noticed a slight smell - out of an abundance of caution I called them up to investigate. They sent someone out who was able to quickly say that it was the system burning off accumulated dust (they had not been used for several years) but he still took the time to use the gas detector to test, did a visual inspection, etc. When I asked him how much I owed him he said nothing, that it was a follow up from the cleaning and that they wanted to make sure we were safe. I was quite happy and impressed. read more

They were great!!! Hadn't had our fireplace serviced in 27 years and not surprisingly, it stopped working. They showed up on time and did a thorough cleaning. Did a lot if diagnostics and could have told us that it required very expensive repairs. But they were completely honest and diagnosed that just gauge needed resetting! These people are the best. Can't recommend them highly enough. read more
