I walked in thinking I'd just "browse" (aka pretend I knew what I was doing) and somehow left with the perfect car and my sanity still intact. That alone deserves five stars. Jerry didn't pressure me, talk over me, or try to sell me something ridiculous like a convertible in the middle of winter. Instead, he actually listened to what I wanted (a rare skill these days), answered all my weirdly specific questions, and even laughed at my terrible jokes. True professional. We scheduled another appointment with them to have the parts replaced. We dropped of the car and Toyota called us that they couldn't replace the sway bar links because they were not OEM. They put everything back together and I ordered the sway bar links myself and have them installed by an independent mechanic. To my surprise my mechanic called me and said that the sway bar links are in good condition, no torn or cracked boots, no need to replace.
