Got told by a manager who claimed to have 41 years experience that he'd call by 10 a.m. the following day. He didn't call. I called at 10:20 only to hear, "oh, he's on vacation". Had to re explain to yet another "manager" whom I'd never spoken with! After a heated exchange and my asking to speak with the owner I got a text saying, sorry we got off on the wrong foot, and stated I could reach out if interested. Well then he decided they should look at it overnight to check for something else, the engine had to be cool. So I call and ask if they have time the next time, which he says yes. I call at 11:30 like he tells me to, mechanics haven't looked at it. He says call back around 3:30. I do so, and mechanics still haven't looked at it and apparently won't have time to.
