Okay, so no one really likes to go to the dentist…read more When I was seated and they started doing x-rays, I felt like I was having a mammogram done on my teeth with the awkward positions that I had to bite down on the instruments. I literally said to myself this is why I don't like coming to the dentist. But it did get better! This staff is so very friendly and accommodating. The dentist is very professional, very friendly and very personable. Even when I mentioned that I felt like I had certain procedures done before, the dentist stated that if I had that information to provide then it would alleviate some of the other steps that I would have to take that he had mentioned. Now that's something that doesn't happen often. The front staff is so very pleasant and so friendly and helpful it just made this whole experience well Worth it. I found this dentist by looking up reviews on yelp and it was a tough decision but I think that I made the right choice coming to this office! I look forward to having my mouth taken care of by the staff

My fiancé has been coming…read morehere for some time and has always spoken highly of their care, so I decided to schedule an appointment for a cleaning and some dental work. From start to finish, the entire staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive. The office itself is very clean and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable right away. I also really appreciated how accommodating they were with scheduling and follow-up. Everything felt organized and patient-focused. Dr. Leo did excellent work and took the time to ensure everything was done thoroughly and with care. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

Dr. K did an excellent job, and I felt completely comfortable and confident in his care while…read morehaving two of my wisdom teeth removed. The quality of the procedure itself was great, which is why I would still consider returning if my remaining wisdom teeth need treatment in the future. The reason for my 3-star rating is the pain management aspect of my experience. After surgery, I experienced severe pain that lasted nearly two weeks. During that time, I was unable to work, and could do little beyond resting and trying to manage the discomfort. I understand the doctor's position that studies show Tylenol and ibuprofen are often the most effective approach, and I also understand that stronger pain medications should be prescribed carefully. However, in my case, I felt that the severity of my pain was not taken seriously when I expressed concerns and requested additional relief. I don't think it's one size fits all, and everyone's bodies and pain tolerances are different, and I'm sure the infection I had prior to the surgery didn't help the pain aspect. The small amount of stronger pain medication I was prescribed was the only thing that provided meaningful relief, allowing me to sleep and function without being in constant distress, along with icing my face, but it did not last me enough to be able to go back to work and function, which was very frustrating. I'm in my late 20s, so perhaps my recovery was more difficult than average. Regardless, every patient experiences pain differently and recovers differently. I have full confidence in this doctor's skill and professionalism, but I wish there had been more flexibility and consideration for my individual circumstances when it came to pain management. That part of the experience has made me hesitant about returning, despite my positive impression of the doctor and the quality of the surgery itself.

But Beeta was wonderful about answering all of my questions and concerns. She was patient, reassuring, and responsive, and really helped put us at ease.  We met Dr. Urata for the consultation, and he was so patient and personable as I asked all my questions. He was very knowledgeable and confident, and I immediately felt like my daughter was in good hands. Her teeth were extremely impacted, especially the upper ones, and we honestly weren't sure if all four could be removed. But Dr. Urata was able to remove all four quickly and without complications. The whole procedure was much quicker than I expected, and before we knew it, it was done.   It has now been over two weeks since the surgery, and her recovery has been incredibly smooth. She has healed very well, and the follow-up care was excellent. Beeta even personally called me the next day to check on her, see how she was feeling, and to make sure we didn't have any questions or concerns. That extra personal touch meant so much to me. Everyone at the office was kind and caring from beginning to end. We are so glad we chose Glendale Surgical and are incredibly grateful to Dr. Urata, Beeta, and the entire team for taking such great care of my daughter.
