From start to finish, the entire staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive. The office itself is very clean and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable right away. I also really appreciated how accommodating they were with scheduling and follow-up. Everything felt organized and patient-focused. Dr. Leo did excellent work and took the time to ensure everything was done thoroughly and with care. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

Okay, so no one really likes to go to the dentist…read more When I was seated and they started doing x-rays, I felt like I was having a mammogram done on my teeth with the awkward positions that I had to bite down on the instruments. I literally said to myself this is why I don't like coming to the dentist. But it did get better! This staff is so very friendly and accommodating. The dentist is very professional, very friendly and very personable. Even when I mentioned that I felt like I had certain procedures done before, the dentist stated that if I had that information to provide then it would alleviate some of the other steps that I would have to take that he had mentioned. Now that's something that doesn't happen often. The front staff is so very pleasant and so friendly and helpful it just made this whole experience well Worth it. I found this dentist by looking up reviews on yelp and it was a tough decision but I think that I made the right choice coming to this office! I look forward to having my mouth taken care of by the staff

I was never informed that I had any balance due. The front desk later mentioned that a bill was supposedly sent in August, but I never received anything. From August all the way to November/December, not a single phone call, message, or reminder was sent to inform me of an outstanding balance. Meanwhile, the office called me several times to schedule my follow-up appointment, yet still no one mentioned that I would be required to pay over $2,000 before being seen. Mail gets lost. Calls don't. If I had been told ahead of time, I would have handled the issue before coming in. Instead, I was blindsided and embarrassed at the office, and my time, effort, and drive were completely wasted. A bill of over $2,000 is not a simple copay. There was absolutely no transparency about the possibility that insurance might not cover the full amount or that I could be responsible for such a large balance. Patients' time and effort are valuable, and medical offices must be respectful, transparent, and communicative. I truly hope they improve their practices and consider the impact of such oversights on patients.

There were delays, poor communication, and billing issues that didn't match my insurance records. I only received my refund after multiple calls and getting my insurance involved, and there was no apology. If you're using insurance, double-check everything--your eligibility, what they tell you upfront, and your EOB afterward. I would not recommend this office based on my experience.

Local doctors in Central California weren't able to offer a solution; I received several contradicting treatment plans and realized I needed an extraordinary specialist. He is intentional with his care; transparent yet respectful about your dental assessment, dental health, and treatment, and efficient with his dental work. My only gripe would be his front desk team. On Jan.12, 2026, I had an initial dental surgery consultation that I arrived to 15 minutes early, and yet I was not seen until 3 hours after my scheduled time. I understand delays happen but a heads up would have been nice. I had to go up to the front desk to remind them I was there, and ask when I will be seen. The consultation took less time than the wait time by a LOT.

Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, it does not address the concerns raised in my review…read more You dismissed my experience instead of addressing it "this review is not what patients experience..." This immediately invalidates my lived experience rather than acknowledging it. Whether others had different experiences is irrelevant to what happened to me. 2. Saying you have "never met me" is a deflection. That statement adds nothing of value. I wasn't claiming a personal relationship with you -- I was describing how your practice handled my visit. 3. You avoided the real issue: lack of notice and communication. My main concerns were: * No prior notice of a $2,000+ balance * No calls, emails, texts, or reminders for months * Being allowed to schedule appointments while allegedly owing a large balance * Being turned away after arriving on time and waiting You did not address: * Why no one informed me before my appointment * Why staff continued scheduling me without disclosure, so claimed * Why payment was demanded only after I arrived. 4. You hide behind "standard policy" "outstanding balances must be resolved prior to treatment". If so, why did your staff not inform me prior to scheduling me? I never disputed the existence of a policy. I disputed the failure to disclose it in advance -- especially for a large amount. 5. "We can't discuss this publicly" avoids accountability. That's understandable for details -- but you could still acknowledge: * A breakdown in communication * That my time was wasted * That the situation was handled poorly My issue was never that balances exist or that insurance determines coverage. My concern was the complete lack of communication regarding a balance exceeding $2,000 before my scheduled appointment. From August through November/December, I received no phone calls, emails, texts, or reminders informing me of any outstanding balance -- yet your office contacted me multiple times to schedule follow-up appointments. At no point was I told that payment would be required prior to being seen. I arrived on time, waited nearly 30 minutes, and was only then informed that I would not be seen unless payment was made. This was embarrassing and a complete waste of my time, effort, and missed work. Instead of apologizing for this experience, your response dismisses it. Rather than acknowledging a breakdown in communication, it denies that the events occurred. Instead of offering to review the matter, improve communication, or propose any resolution, it deflects by citing general policies and stating that this is "not what patients experience." Additionally, there was no indication that this situation would be addressed internally or that staff would receive guidance or training to prevent similar issues from happening to other patients. A bill of this size is not a routine copay and requires transparency, proactive communication, and respect for a patient's time. This review reflects my actual experience, and I hope the practice improves its communication and accountability moving forward.
