Dr. Peter Lee is fan-freaking-tastic, and every person I've met at this office is someone I would hire in a heartbeat. They're consistently polite and professional, and they genuinely seem happy to be there. I've visited on every day of the workweek throughout my Spark braces journey, so I feel like I would have noticed if anyone had a case of the Mondays. On one occasion, members of the team even came in for me on their day off--and I didn't realize it was their day off until later. That's how gracious and professional they were. I also ask a LOT of questions, and everyone has always made me feel that they were genuinely happy to answer them. The office is modern, thoughtfully designed, and easy to navigate. Soft background music plays throughout the space, while strategically placed TVs show a curated mix of fun, relaxing visuals. There's even a Vestaboard in the waiting room, which is a big favorite of mine. The care feels personal. Dr. Lee makes a point of checking in with every patient and spending as much time with them as they need. I've often felt like the most important patient in the building, which could earn five stars on its own. Compared with many other practices I've visited, this is one of the only places where I've never felt like I was viewed as a paycheck, and I've never felt pressured, rushed out the door, or upsold. I knew I wanted to start Invisalign, so I went in for a consultation in October of 2024, where Evita was very thorough when explaining what I should expect in the process, the differing lengths in visits throughout my treatment, and most importantly, a transparent and comprehensive view of the finances that went into my treatment. Throughout my treatment, the team was able to accommodate my appointments to my schedule, the let me know if payments had to go out at a different time than agreed upon, I was always sent texts for appt confirmation, and my visits were timely and consistent. When adjustments had to be made, Dr. Massih was sure to let me know exactly what would happen next and gave me timeline of events as my teeth moved. My dentist was ready to provide invisilign correction but I decided to get a second opinion from an orthodontist. I found Dr. Wu online and made an appointment for a free consultation. I checked in and was immediately taken to Jennifer who went over the evaluation procedure. When we finished she brought Jackie in who took photos and X-rays. Then back to Jennifer's office when I waited a few minutes then met with Dr. Wu for her recommendation. Due to bone loss, which is apparently common at any age, she recommended against any orthodontia as moving the teeth puts stress on the bones which could lead to further bone loss. Clearly this doctor has patient well being first and foremost in her mind. I'm so grateful! And am so glad I sought out a trained orthodontist who evaluates the whole situation and isn't going to provide merely a cosmetic approach. I had photos, X-rays and evaluation at no cost. Amazing!
