It was an old review, but she's never been anything but real, and she wants you to be safe. One of the many reasons we LOVE this doctor is because she checks the mychart and replies promptly. She worries about her patients. A test I had showed a sodium imbalance and called me at night because I was unavailable earlier. It was serious and she wanted me to get sodium in me asap, so I know she is very conscientious. I hope Carillon values her. My husband and I will be very upset if she ever moves from this area. We'd be willing to travel 100 miles to retain her as our doctor, that is how much we think of her.

He is kind, patient, always spends an appropriate amount of time discussing current issues and treatment plan, he's gentle and careful with procedures and explains every step so you aren't taken by painful surprise, works with me in all my research when I ask about trying this or that as I'm very involved in my healthcare. He's great and I highly recommend him - and my husband and daughter go to him now as well. Note- as with all pain mgmt doctors insurance requires physical therapy and cortisone injections before further treatments can be tried. So don't blame that on the doctor!! And don't quit going because cortisone doesn't work - there are other treatments if you will continue.

There has also been little to no explanation of what is going on, even when asked. We have been given very vague answers. They were a little bit quicker to communicate with us in the beginning when wanting to set up testing AKA get our money. Still has yet to provide an explanation of test results after multiple messages asking (all appears to be fine from what we see on the portal - guess since they can't get more appointments and money we no longer matter). Current doc does not appear to have reviewed past medical records and took them into account when recommending a bone marrow biopsy. Disappointed that the nurse was congratulating the doctor for performing 2 biopsies in one day. Beginning to feel like my husband was put through unneeded testing to meet some twisted quota. Would not recommend them, but unfortunately not too many options in the area. See less Shared post
