When the previous owner was in charge, no damaged equipment existed and if anything was damaged during the day, it was removed, and replaced. The current owner "Tim", most every bench, elbow rest, or seat has black tape covering tears; most of the bench press bars are severely bent leaving one out of six bars safe for use. You sign a contract for a monthly fee only to get billed twice the agreed upon amount. When you call "Tim" to resolve the issue, no return phone calls, not from him or anyone from the cesspool of a gym. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY, OR ENERGY ON THIS PIG PEN!!!

I can't express enough how much Darnell has changed my work-out experience! Never have I ever been a person to look forward to working out. Since working out with Mr. Strong Soul himself, I not only look forward to working-out, I show up early and give 100% each and every time. Darnell is a certified professional trainer, professional MMA fighter, motivational speaker, self defense instructor, nutritional adviser, and has a certified purple belt in Brazilian jujitsu. I think I sorta pulled a shoulder/trap muscles for throwing 14lb wall balls. It was a small group of us and we went twice per week and learned good form and how to do all the different exercises. We didn't like how you had to pay $65 to make up a class if you missed one so I didn't miss any.
