He responded quickly despite me contacting after hours (past 7pm) and within 48 hours the service was complete! He was friendly and attentive, providing multiple photos and updates throughout the process. He left our gutters spotless and even cleaned up after! He showed great attention to detail and although we didn't hire him for yard work I will definitely hire him next time we need that service. Sergio and Maria cleaned ALL of our windows which are now sparkling! In addition to the windows, Sergio also cleaned out the gutters, solar panels and removed years of accumulated moss from our roof. I had asked him to clean the railings on our upper deck. He threw in cleaning the deck itself. I wish we had hired him to also do the lower deck railings and floor. I didn't notice the difference until after they had taken off. (Check out the pictures to compare the before an after, assuming I can figure out a way to attach them to this review.) Amazing Window Washing prices are very reasonable. We will definitely be calling them next year, but plan to add the lower deck and power washing the cobwebs from the whole house. Ismael listened to my concerns about the problems with that earlier job. He reassured me that he could fix all the problems (e.g., tacky surface, blotchy appearance). Ismael demonstrated, at each step of the project--starting with a thorough sanding--that he was knowledgeable about the correct procedures, tools and supplies for this type of work. He understands pros and cons of various approaches and can communicate them clearly. The finished deck was amazing! We could not be happier. It is now five months later and the work has held up well. Seeing how successful Ismail was, I hired him for two additional jobs: a power washing of our patio and driveway areas, and repainting of our front porch using an oil-based paint suitable for concrete.
