Jesse responded promptly along with a few other companies. While they mentioned not doing the other works since they specialise in roof jobs, we decided to give the Solar Panel cleaning to them. What instilled confidence to get them over were the all 5* reviews and the Yelp guarantee that came along. Jesse communicated through the Yelp messaging and we fixed the appointment. He came punctually, was thorough with his job, we also asked him if he could add to his services the blowing of the leaves etc. from the roof which he promptly agreed to (we also agreed for a separate fee for the added work). In about 90 minutes we were done. We feel great looking at our panels gleaming once again :) We are happy with the decision to have got E Sanchez roofing over for this project, infact have gotten into a regular maintenance contract. They gave us very accurate estimates and also outlined what issues we might be facing once the old roof came off. They did an excellent job, showed up when they said they were, completed the job quickly, installed skylights as well and were very tidy once they left. We were very happy with the results. Two years later and we got this crazy storm and for some reason we were getting water in inside the house. It was the first time since the new roof went on that we were having any issue. We called North Bay Roofing up at 9:30 in the morning. By 1130 that morning a technician was out here looking at the situation, was able to make a determination of where the water might be coming in and did an extremely thorough and professional patch job.
