I own a small fitness studio here in Santa Rosa called Team LP Fitness Playground…read more Twice a year, during holiday weekends that turn into three-day breaks, I set aside time to deep-clean my studio, including the carpets. Thanksgiving weekend is one of my favorite times for this. In the past, I've contacted a couple of local companies to handle the carpet cleaning, but they weren't available to come out on the Friday after Thanksgiving. So, I turned to Google and discovered Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning, a family-owned, local business. I reached out to Martin, the owner, who gave me a competitive quote over the phone. He happily scheduled a visit for the day after Thanksgiving. Martin and his wife, Christina, arrived exactly when they promised. In just an hour and a half, they completely transformed my studio carpets, making them look cleaner, brighter, and even better than when they were last cleaned. Thank you, Martin and Christina, for delivering outstanding service on this holiday weekend! I'm excited to give Heavens Best Carpet Cleaning 5 STARS and strongly recommend them to local gyms, businesses, and homeowners. I believe you'll be just as happy with their service as I am!

Absolutely awesome job. I will admit that part of my house has been seriously neglected and was…read moresuper bad, and they tackled it like magic saviors. And they did the rest of my house super amazing also, and went above and beyond what was asked. They are super nice, super on track with the work, and absolutely wonderful!!!! I hired them for weekly help. They're great. I am a mom who picks up after 6 in a large home so something as simple as a clean house makes a huge difference to me. Edit: I woke up this morning, happy as a clam because of how amazing these people cleaned, and I went to get ready for work, looked down, and saw that they even wiped down my tooth brush charger (wasn't super messy, but still!!!!). That is how wonderful these 3 people were. They even see the small details and take care of them. I really am happy with all they did. I don't think they realize how stressed out I was over cleaning the house in the tiny amount of time I get off from work, and to have them come in and do such a wonderful job really takes a huge weight off my shoulders and gives me more time with my munchkin that I wouldn't have if I had to continue doing all the cleaning on my own.

I notified the agency, assuming this was below their standards and was told it was within their standards and they offered me $25 off my next use of their service. She was also incredibly flexible with scheduling, which was a huge relief since new renters were moving in soon. On the day of the cleaning, the team arrived right on time and ready to go. The level of professionalism and attention to detail was impressive. When I returned home, I was truly in awe. The house looked brand new.
