I'm new to the area and I called TJ's because they were close to my house and I figured I would have to walk home. Full disclosure: They're a little brusque over the phone, but believe me, this is trivial. TRIVIAL. First of all, when he came to tow me in, he was quick and the rig was SPOTLESS inside and out. I know it sounds minor but it was clear he cared about his equipment and his customers. He was polite, friendly, and cheerful. We all know how hard that is at 5:00 PM on 95. Second, he called me 1st thing in the AM with his diagnosis and the price. I searched online and his prices were VERY competitive. He hardy charged me anything for the tow as well. I drive an import that's not always easy to find parts for, and he got it all done THAT DAY. When I picked it up after work, he had it waiting and cooled-off for me! He did a full inspection and replaced a minor part and didn't charge me for it (I double-checked because I didn't believe he wouldn't charge me for it, but it really was replaced for free). Breaking down on the highway during rush-hour is a stressful experience, but TJ's Auto Electric made the best out of a bad, bad, bad situation. He made a customer for life. I'd recommend him to anyone. He told me "I take care of my people," well, he certainly does.
