The weisswursts were not served poached as they are in Germany. I'm not sure if it's due to having another style of preparation or just the cook overdoing it, but the sausage was very dry and overdone. Neither of us that ordered it could easily peel the skins off either. The sides were so-so. I would have been happy with just two poached sausages and a pretzel as the entree like in Germany. Oh well. The chicken schnitzel was reported to be good from another member of our party. Overall, the vibe was cool and I'd go back again for drinks and maybe a pretzel, but I'd look elsewhere for dinner.
