When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the length of time it was taking and how expensive my rental car had become, he became unprofessional and rude saying "I guess it's my fault your part was back ordered. Don't guarantee a date, then push it back FOUR times! Big difference between 5 days and 26 days!) To top it all off, I had 3 nice pair of sunglasses stolen from my center console.
