I've gotten to know the owner, as we're work neighbors. He's always friendly and takes time to say hello when our paths cross. Most importantly, my car always comes out clean and looking great! The prices are reasonable and definitely comparable to, if not better than, what you'll find at other car washes. They didn't give the rental car I was promised, even though I was assured, the day before, that it was booked. They promised my car would be ready on a Sunday. It wasn't. Unseen damage. Isnt that their job to see/estimate it? I went in the next day when it was promised again, but again, not ready. I called the next day and they had "run out of double sided tape". Finally I was told I could pick it up on Thu at noon, but again, it wasn't ready! To add to all those broken promises, I asked them to "buff out" the many little scratches on the paint.
