I went to the parts counter to get assurance I had grabbed the correct ones for my vehicle. Rod assisted me and I also asked if someone could possibly help replace my old ones as I'm disabled. Not only did he replace them, the previous wiper left rubber on my windshield, he went back in the store grabbed a razor blade and removed it so I did not wreck the new ones. He went above and beyond and when he was finished I asked if I could get him a coffee or anything to which he declined.

We contacted Sumas auto glass as they were on our way back to the states and I would rather get a chip fixed than have to get another windshield replaced. The folks at Sumas were friendly, knowledgeable, fast and fair. They let us know that they couldn't properly seal the chip due to size and depth and so they didn't charge us for the service. They also noticed a plastic piece on our car was loose and fastened it for us. If you are in the area and in need of service I highly recommend the fine folks at Sumas for your auto glass needs.
