I've gotten to know the owner, as we're work neighbors. He's always friendly and takes time to say hello when our paths cross. Most importantly, my car always comes out clean and looking great! The prices are reasonable and definitely comparable to, if not better than, what you'll find at other car washes. Great service, great prices, and a really nice guy who clearly cares about his customers and his business. I'm happy to support a local business and would definitely recommend him!

Drove onto the highway and the shake is still there at the same speed as before. Garbage service. Also had the oil changed. Dipstick not put all the back in. They "washed" the vehicle. Didn't ask for that, why would I, it's a tire shop. Stripes from a half done effort. First time I've done a review for bad work. I'll be putting this on other sites also.

If you happen to be in the area and need an oil change (or perhaps have some car trouble whilst vacationing in nearby Harrison Hot Springs)... this is THE place to go. These guys go out of their way to fix your car, in record time, and they even give it a bath once their done. Not only are their prices killer (e.g., oil change, summer tire installation, break check, loose belt adjustment, fluid top up and car wash... for almost half the price of what I paid for a simple oil change at a typical "drive-in oil change" place in Vancouver). Sweet eh? I think the thing I love most about the folks here is that they point out stuff that honestly needs to be fixed and give you an estimated time of when fixing is actually needed (i.e., your timing belt and water pump are needing replacement - Mazda says next week, but honestly, you can go another 10K if you don't have the cash now).... all without actually expecting you to let them do the work. They simply care for you to know what your car needs to keep running smoothly. Weird eh??? (I simply can't handle places that do the work without consulting you and then expect that you'll be pleased they replaced half the stuff under your hood for a bill that's only triple of what you expected). Anyway, long and the short of it... I love this place. I plan my trips into the area around my oil change and tire rotation needs (seriously).

My convertible top had a small tear and minor cracking on the top's trim. This is not normally something Jack does, so he called in a friend with more expertise in this area. The two of them did a wonderful job repairing the tear and even touched up the cracks around the trim edges. My convertible top is likely to last several more years now. I was a little concerned that perhaps I would be taken advantage of financially, due to a lack of experience with what things like this should cost. I'm very happy to report that was not the case with Chilliwack Auto Glass. Jack doesn't seem like the kind of person that would rip people off, or overcharge. He seems very genuine and not at all money-hungry. You will get good value, for quality work, at Chilliwack Auto Glass. Jack is very friendly and personable. They didn't give the rental car I was promised, even though I was assured, the day before, that it was booked. They promised my car would be ready on a Sunday. It wasn't. Unseen damage. Isnt that their job to see/estimate it? I went in the next day when it was promised again, but again, not ready. I called the next day and they had "run out of double sided tape". Finally I was told I could pick it up on Thu at noon, but again, it wasn't ready! To add to all those broken promises, I asked them to "buff out" the many little scratches on the paint. I had to pay $500. for it myself as it wasn't part of the claim. It was all clean and shiny, but the scrapes were still there. I felt ripped off.
