I don't think i could say enough good things about this place!! my salesmen, Chris made me feel extremely comfortable. it was my first time buying a car, and when i came in for a test drive i didn't have my dad with me (the past few months of looking at cars he always came with me because he knows a lot more about buying cars than i do) but chris made me feel like i didn't need him, very patient with me, and all the silly questions i had. when they ran my credit Chris came back with a rate that was better than any other dealer i had been to, and then came back with an even better rate! the warranty they gave me is also amazing for a used car (certified) which was another one of my big concerns, which Chris kept in mind the whole time. I am so grateful for everything Chris did! he made my first time buying a car an amazing experience and so stress free. i will recommend him and Garnet Ford to anyone and everyone i know looking for a car!

I think this is a pretty nice car repair spot…read more I initially came to get my brake fluid flushed and my oil changed, but it was brought to my attention that my brake pads were worn out on the rear. Not only did they replace the brake pads, but they also resurfaced the rotors as well as inform me of other potential issues and warnings through the receipt they gave. I would say that the repair center was pretty expensive. I think it's very possible that I might have overpaid ($462 for both an oil change, brake pad replacements, as well as other complementary services), but I still appreciate being notified of my car issues, as I wasn't aware of these issues from the inspectors that I've gone to. This is a phenomenal spot if you have enough money for it, but just be a bit wary that they can get pretty expensive.

Sorry, I have to give one star because of how the end of our lease transpired. Leased Mazda three…read moreyears ago all good with sales and service over the past three years. The lease was ending and we decided we wanted to buy the car out right. No financing just give Mazda the residual value of the car per leasing agreement. When I called to see what steps, we needed to take to make this happen I was advised that the car needed to be "inspected" first by their service department. The charge was $190. I explained the car did not need to be inspected until April and all service work on the car for the past three years was done by Piazza so, they had the records. Why did I need to pay $190 when I was giving them a check for the full residual value to purchase the car. Got numerous versions as to why...it was a Pennsylvania Law..not so. It was a Mazda rule. Yes, it was but, interestingly enough the other Mazda dealers I called did NOT charge. They did it as a courtesy for their customers....and even though I did not lease the car from them they were more than happy to do it for me. Needless to say, within 3 days I was at another Mazda dealer they did the inspection and told me car was in great condition. Paperwork was processed and I already have to title from the State of Pennsylvania, and I did not pay an extra $190!! I did speak to Nick Price (the Manager at Piazza) before I called the other dealerships, he was to call me back...still waiting for that call back. Like Share Add photos & videos

Sold a car and it was seamless! I did come prepared and had researched price as well as other…read moreoffers (ie car max, carvana). They came in right at best offer and much better than others. Maurizio was very nice, and kept me updated throughout process, ie maintenance inspection, price offer, paperwork. Whole process took a little over an hour. Received check next day! (they do say 2 business days tho). Very easy to deal with and will definitely use them again for any potential future car needs!

Mechanic stated my trade in car's transmission was "shuttering"... which is does not. I inquired…read moreinto this as I drive the vehicle everyday, after speaking to the mechanic and GM both, the mechanic agreed that it was not shuttering but whistling, which was a known attribute of CVTs, and has done since I've bought the car at 20k miles and now trading in at 130k. The mechanic agreed if the trans would fail it would most likely have done so long ago. The GM states they would not move higher on giving me 250% less than KBB.. GM states they won't make enough on the sale, citing risk vs reward despite no risk as the the car will be auctioned and parted off. They see the mileage and give you the lowest number possible, not honoring KBB or near it due to what they subjectively feel as, even stated by the mechanic, the transmission, at the point assessment was working properly and not shuttering. Also, after multiple requests for making sure the tire pressures were to spec, 20 mins after driving off with my new buy and after being assured twice the tires had proper inflation, were wildly off. On a side note, at least the Sales people were friendly, not pushy and patient. Avoid Glen Mills location

Honestly after reviewing everyone else's reviews, I am so sorry to hear of the very negative…read moreexperience you all have had. We have experienced an issue with them when it comes to the pandemic and losing income. We were told by a person in customer service that we would get put on a reduced payment plan, and they never put us on one even after having our car for 2 years and only 2 prior missed payments. Both missed payments due to the pandemic. But that is the only issue we have ever had. This company has worked with us and if it were not for the incident mentioned above, I would have given them 5 stars. They are simple. If you miss a payment, CALL THEM BEFORE THEY CALL YOU!!! Make a payment arrangement and if you cannot keep that arrangement, CALL THEM BEFORE THE PAYMENT IS EXPECTED TO COME OUT and work something out. COMMUNICATION is the key to having a good relationship with them. Let's face it...Flagship is a subprime lender for those of us who have less than perfect credit. So use them until you can do better! I will have to also say that I would refer them to anyone else we know. They have been faithful to honor our past payment arrangements and they only start calling you when you are 30 days past due and when you don't honor your payment arrangements. They can get VERY OBNOXIOUS with their 50 calls a day from random numbers etc... But again, if you make your payment before your 30 day grace, and you stick to your arrangements, you will not have a problem. Sincerely, A current Flagship customer.

I have the rep my counties address in which he was reluctant to take.. so I asked him to repeat it back to me and he couldn't and said that I was being disrespectful. He made accusations to take the blame off of him. They sent my title to the wrong county hours away and isn't willing to assist. The csr couldn't give me the email address to their title department to so that I can email them the correct information regarding where my title should be sent to. One rep says a supervisor isn't available they will need to call you back in 72 hours and he disconnected the call. I spoke to another rep Angy, she took went through the entire motion as if she was writing down the correct address for the county in which my title should be sent to. When I asked her to repeat it back to me, she could not. This company is by far the worse. Evil workers for sure. She says her supervisor is Paula im still waiting for Paula to give me a call back.... If I can choose zero stars I would
