This times I was lied to. They diagnosed the service engine light I was told there was a claim with Wendy, didn't hear back then I was told to take it to Nissan. Twice I had asked for the warranty paperwork which I was told by front desk clerk it was on the front seat. It wasn't. The wipers are loud, which could be the motor is going. They gave me a standard warranty which usually bumper to bumper nope. The sales process with JT Was awesome, but otherwise fixing the car is frugal. I don't know if I should get a consumer lawyer, twice the car was in AND NOT FIXED.

Also noticed a distinct shaking in the cabin while idling. I brought the car back and requested they address the two issues. They replaced front left tire and sorted that issue. However, they said an engine manifold was previously fixed and fluids topped off...so that should fix the rough idle issue. Also, they said " you just aren't used to a truck idle.....it's totally normal" Now NOV2025 (7 months later)... the vehicle is in early transmission failure. Two techs who looked at it now diagnosed bad spark plugs, damaged upper intake valve, and bad fuel rails.....those items are causing the rough idle......so we were lied to and gaslit on a major level. Highly recommended to avoid this business.

There, I found two vehicles which were bought on bringatrailer.com and now relisted for huge mark ups! One, an nsx was purchased for 84k and listed for 122k. Another, an integra type r was purchased by them for 26k and listed for 42k. Now I do understand the dealership needs to make a profit, but to me this is deceitful. If you get your cars online at auctions fine, but be honest. I will post full photos of the information I have found. I would say if you we looking to buy a car from them to check the purchase history of del-vet on bringatrailer.com to see U drives purchase price. This may help you on your negotiation.
