This locations is its own unique operation, run by a young father of two, Angel, who takes great pride in his sales, and offers the most positive of used car buying experiences. I came upon Angel's listing by chance, when I was standing in front of the "Jersey Shore" house and got lucky Snookie Juju vibes! (see my other reviews) The winds of Juju fate refreshed my car search app, and voila, it was a make and model I would never have considered if it hadn't popped up, and Angel's price was extremely competitive! I called to ask a little about the car, and Angel answered personally. He knew exactly which car I meant, and replied to all my questions with ease. I was there the following day. He got me in for a test drive right away, let me head off for as long as I needed, all on my own! Before leaving, though, he did notify me of one issue with the car (needed a thermostat replacement) and was very open to negotiating that repair cost out of his already-competitive price. I got into a newish model used car, which was clean, smelled great, and had plenty of gas for my drive. I was able to pull over and research the needed repair on my phone, and upon return, Angel was SO EASY to negotiate. I said repairs looked to cost about $250, and he took $300 right off the price! Wow! It seemed too good to be true. But I have taken over a month to post this review, with no surprise issues, and the actual repair cost ended up less than anticipated. Angel was MORE than fair and generous. 110% honest and up front, which is all you can ask for in a car purchase. There was one other issue with the car when I got it home for inspection, and that was brake pads. They were borderline passable, so I just replaced them, and since this was a used car, this is all part of the territory. Not a big deal, but I am being extremely thorough and detailed to show the full experience. Additionally, when I went to purchase, I asked if I could put it all on my credit card for my skymiles. I was ready to battle him because other dealerships either don't allow it, or allow only a portion of it on c-card, which is always a fight I make. But Angel was gracious and so easy going. "No problem!" Wow! No resistance, no issue, I couldn't even believe my ears. Night and day difference from ANY other dealership I've ever been to! No games, no bs, just kindness, honesty, and a positive, happy deal! Mainline offers only used cars, mostly luxury brands, but a little of everything. Model years are more new, without anything really old on the lot, unless it's a very special older car. I did notice some fancy pride-of-the-driveway pick-ups, too, with beautiful tricks all over. Something for everyone! The office is recently remodeled, with the standard coffee and water, clean bathroom, comfortable waiting chairs, kid's corner, TV, etc. All the perks of a name brand dealership, but without the impersonal corporate nonsense. Angel puts his all into knowing every car, being honest and thorough about the product he's selling, and assuring his customers are satisfied with their experience. When the pile of paperwork was done, and I was handed my keys, they drove my car to me, freshly washed and sparkling in the afternoon sun! I rode home a happy camper, and have been so happy in my car ever since! I highly recommend Angel and Mainline Auto, they are awesome!

Had to get a rental then and leave my car at his preferred location heard nothing back HE STOLE THE CAR FROM NISSAN and told them not to do the work on tranny. He lies. Biggest scammer. Reported car stolen he never told me where my car was or that he was getting it never told me the issues that Nissan found. He also has a mechanic who lies for him and when I took my car to a second location for another opinion I was informed Steve asked for this mechanic to lie for him. They won't do business now together--these are facts. Call the local mechanics in the town they'll tell you. Call Nissan they'll confirm this is true. Piece of junk car salesmen!!!
