He showed us the paper for the warranty then gave us the wrong brochure. He made it out to be a great warranty then changed his story after we bought the 2 trucks. I'm in the market for a truck and have been shopping around every dealership I've been to had no problem with letting me test drive or running numbers to see what could work. After a little back and forth the salesman said that they wouldn't be able to go over numbers unless I was going to put money down. Every other dealership had no problem with it. He then stated that it would be unfair for them to run numbers and then me go home and think about my decision and/or go to another dealership to run numbers. I wound upcup leaving and the the the salesman came out to my car before I pulled off, kind of to reassure me that if I find a price that I like for the truck Im looking for, to come back and they would match or beat it. Pretty much letting somebody else do their work for them. I was a little thrown off by this whole experience. Overall it seemed that they were under their quota and tried to pressure an impulse buy. Also at the time when I went in, which was 8/1/2020, the salesman told me that that say was a buying day because the rebates were running out. But if you checked the website their rebates don't expire until 8/3/2020. I won't be back, especially when the most basic things are lied about. Last night, while online, I prequalified myself on Chrysler Capital's website on a 2019 Ram 1500. Apparently, in all of the mumbo-jumbo of legalese when you go on these sites, they forwarded my information over to Performance Dodge, where their Internet Manager Jewel Spears decided to have a field day. In the course of six hours, I received three phone calls, one text message, and an email. Helpful tip of the day: People don't like aggressive salesmen......and that's coming from a former car salesman. Truck was towed in because it wouldn't start. It's sounded like a fuel issue. I dealt with Derrick mostly. Very friendly. They call the next day and say a fuse was missing. I told them I don't believe that to be the issue. Derrick recommended I drive around a couple days and see what happens. I do just that and the truck still had starting issues and died out while driving. I came back into service and got Dave. Nothing about Dave was friendly. Grumpy and defensive from the start. Very dismissive. He shouldn't be in customer service at all. A few days later they call and say it's relay and they did not charge me labor they only charged for the part. So I pay and pick up the truck and a nice older man went to go get it for me. He noticed the slip light was on the dash. It certainly was not on when the truck went in. He does and gets Dave who says nothing else but it'll be $150 to look at it. He didn't care that I mentioned it wasn't on. A common practice that should be in place there is to obviously check to see what lights are in the dash or what damage is done to vehicle so people can't try to get over on them and so they don't take it out on people who are being honest when they do notice something. Dave was rude and dismissive. I won't be going back there if I have to deal with Dave. Had Dave had a bit more patience and took the time to even acknowledge the concern they probably wouldn't have had to do anything because the light went off as soon as I started driving. My truck lost the brakes on the way to NY dropped it off that morning they got right on it got the parts ordered overnighted them. So I had to stay over a night they gave me a ride to the motel, came back the next morning picked me up and truck was fixed hour later got me on my way. Outstanding job done by George the service writer and by the mechanic who did the work. Very friendly professional crew there at that dealership. Wish there were more like that near by. If I could give zero stars, I would. Looked at a 2018 Dodge Charger and got a quote from the salesman Andy for what it said on the internet, which I was ok with. When I went in the next day, check in hand, Andy comes back with a higher price than previously quoted. When I questioned him, he said he never quoted me at that number. As I grabbed my check and walked out, he proceeded to say a smart and sarcastic comment. A half hour goes by and they call me saying they won't lose a deal over a couple hundred dollars. No, they lost the deal because the way Andy treated me. I'll never go back to this dealership again. If you can't talk to people, than you shouldn't be selling cars. I needed a water pump replaced and they started at 8am and were finished by 10:30am and they charged me 4 hours labor. So expect to be overcharged about $150 if you get your car repaired here. Everything was rushed through. I had mentioned to my salesman that I wanted to work in a bed cover with my purchase and this was avoided like the plague. After the purchase I had asked them to remove my fire department plate from the front of my trade in. I was told that I needed a new one anyway and I never received it. There was also paint that I had asked them to look at on my headlight and that was avoided as well. Never bought a car from here, so can't speak for the dealership however I bring my '15 Dodge Challenger to the service center for regular maintenance. I speak highly of the service center and they are consistently reliable and the customer service is excellent, especially Dave, Mike and Lou. Always available to help me out when I need new tires, have questions, or small issues like nails stuck in my tires. Not to mention they are quick and considerate when you drop your car off and they know you are waiting in their waiting room/area. I made the mistake of not buying from this dealer a few years back and very recently had an issue with a radio update and my radio fried and never came back. I went to another dealer who was unwilling to help me. I then went to performance and worked with Jorge who was great from day 1, got me in communicated well, worked with Chrysler and got me my replacement radio and hit it installed in under 3 hours. the service department is friendly and will work with you. I recently bought a truck from Performance Dodge and I would definitely try to avoid dealing with this dealership again. The facility is clean and in good shape and the staff was friendly, but that's about all they have going for them. They played a lot of negotiation games with me and wasted a lot of my time trying to squeeze more money out of me. They "detailed" my vehicle as a courtesy without my approval while I was filling out paperwork. The guy they had do it left my paint horribly swirled. I have had to put a lot of effort into correcting the paint thanks to the "detail" job. Another reviewer said something about the Internet price not being the real price... They advertise the Internet price based on every possible rebate available for that model. It is extremely unlikely/virtually impossible that you'll qualify for every single rebate. I highly recommend you stay away from this place. My wife and i bought a truck here sept of 2011 after our car was totaled. It had a chip in the windshield. They gave us a "we owe" for a new windshield and said it was on order. Cool. No big deal, right? After numerous calls and a few hour drives to get there, we still havent had the windshield replaced. Its always: "we'll look into it" or "we'll call you tomorrow". Now its oct of 2012. The manager had the nerve to tell me that he would give a credit for the windshield when i trade it in. Let me start off by saying my sales guy- Phil, and another young sales guy, who'd pitched in to provid assistance in my taking delivery of the truck, were wonderful. But, I was there waaaay too long awaiting delivery, upon having made the deal on the truck. While I'm milling around, getting increasingly antsy as the couple of sales guys are scrambling to help new customers that had filed in, the older management guys are loitering out front, seemingly indifferent to the whole affair. Rather than ensure customer satisfaction, they ensured that I will be finding another Dodge dealer for service! And get this - they delivered the car with the fuel on E. Didn't realize it til the low fuel warning light went on halfway home. Nice! read more

No loaner, not even willing to call my extended warranty company to see if he could get it covered bc he was just so "smart" that he knew they wouldn't. Do NOT believe anything he says.We bought TWO vehicles in less than a month. He makes empty promises he doesn't keep. When its time to sign he renigs on all promises. Be careful when you trade in a vehicle. The used vehicle I purchased still had all the previous owners personal papers in the glove box. Receipts with the previous owners name, address, and phone #. The Bluetooth phone info included all the previous owners contacts and the navigation still had her home address and past destinations. This dealership does not value their customers or their personal privacy. A week after we signed the paperwork we received a call that all the paperwork needed to be redone due to typos. We were shuffled from person to person the day we signed. It was very unprofessional. I was told I had to come up immediately to redo it. It was very inconvenient and they were not apologetic. They simply stated that mistakes happen. They only provided us with one key FOB. We requested another on and they refused. Told us they would contact the previous owner. Well they didn't. I purchased a 2013 dodge dart 2 months ago with a $500 down payment. After about 3 weeks I was told to come back in and bring the car back, the bank would not buy me. Ok so we go in on a Thursday evening, they tell me don't worry we have another back to buy you. So we sign a SECOND contract and want more money down another $500. They did everything they could they said, even dropping the price. The original contract was for $19k this contract was for $17,198. Today we receive another call from them saying the bank will not buy us because they would only finance $17,000. Ok so I am thinking more money out of pocket. Well nope. They want the car back and tell me I am being rude because they are losing on the deal. Really? And I get crapped on by them multiple times and I am not suppose to be rude. They didn't want to listen to me when I said it was only $198 difference, well they told me I had to put "thousands" out of pocket and needed another co signer and all this other crap. I dropped the keys and said I was done. I WILL not go back there and I have already told all my family and friends what has happened. 2 months of having a car and I have nothing to show for. Purchased a Dodge Nitro R/T from here. The process over all was ok. But the salesman inform me that certain things would be fixed on the vehicle at no cost to me since the issues where there when i test drove the vehicle. When the time came to get the items fixed they said i would have to pay for it. That did not sit well with me and once i complained they did end up fixing the problems. Its just the hassle i had to go through in order for them to fix the problems. Also the Internet price was lower then the price they gave me at the dealership. There was a delay on getting the tags so the temp tag expired by the time i received my hard tags. The finance manager really did help me out alot and i appreciate him he helped me with the issues that came up. The salesmen not so great. From this, my wife traded her 1 year old Durango (originally purchased at Cherry Hill) for a new 2017 R/T and we dealt with Phil who came highly recommended by Lou himself. Phil was a complete joy to work with; he took every single item we said we wanted and went above and beyond to make sure all was taken care of. Our experience through that entire process was a breeze. We were treated like royals from beginning to end. Entire process took nothing over 2 1/2 hours. Completely shocking to my wife and I because Cherry Hill took 8 hours. From this amazing experience our relationship only grew. Recently, the 2007 truck broke down. I immediately took the truck to Lou and had his amazing staff take a look. Bad news was given and with that Lou, knowing me not only as a customer but as a person, knew that I had enough of the truck. He immediately stopped what he was doing and took me over to sales and began to show me new models. Lou personally went to Phil and they teamed up with Mike as well as Frank to make sure I taken care of. The process was again seem less and impeccable to lead to the purchase of a 2017 Charger. All parties, including Joe in there financial department, treated me as if we had been friends for countless years. Upon delivery of the Charger, I was greeted with opportunity to meet Trent. I immediately shook his hand and began to tell him what an incredible knowledgeable well trained staff he has built and the pleasure it was to buy from Performance. His was extremely grateful and grabbed a rag and began to polish the interior of the Charger while the detail personal was busy. I would highly recommend Performance Dodge to all those looking for a new and or used vehicle. Let me start by saying I have purchased 2 R/T vehicles from this dealership. My issue is with my 2015 Durango R/T and the service (or lack of) that I have received (or not sometimes) by Performance Dodge. I went in complaining of a grinding noise in the front end and was told that the front differential had to be replaced (at 9000ish miles). The service was done and immediately my brakes starting squealing. I inquired and they told me (on several occasions) ride it like you stole it to get rid of the noise in the brakes. I was also told that there is a film that builds up on the brake pads if it sits too long (which it doesn't)! After 2 visits about the brakes, they replaced the front brakes, tire rotation and oil change. The tire rotation was charged on the invoice but never done (know because of a scratch on a specific rim that was still in that location upon picking up my truck). When the car was brought up to me I heard brake squealing immediately and mentioned it! The salesman test drive it on the spot and walked me in to the service manager to explain that it is still an issue. Was told to come back 5 days later for an hour visit to change the back brakes. I showed up as told and sat for 30 minutes before they told me the brakes are now and issue with Dodge because of a silicone that gets on the pads from the wheels (WAIT WHAT!?) and the replacement is on back order due to high demand. I would now have to revisit for a fourth time regarding the brakes. I show up AGAIN, 3 days later as told and sat for an hour this time to be told the parts are not here yet. Not only is time off from working and babysitters being paid (instead of lugging 2 kids under 3 to sit there for who knows how long) an issue, the lack of professionalism has been through the roof! I sent a survey back that was not a good one and have not heard a thing from anyone and walked out of performance dodge today without a completed job and have yet to hear from anyone regarding the experience I have had with them. Brought our 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee in to have diagnostics run to determine why the vehicle was running badly and the engine light was flashing. I was told diagnostics cost $95-$190 and that the cost of the diagnostic could be put to the cost of repair of the vehicle. After looking at the vehicle, the service manager called my husband to tell him they still didn't know what was wrong with the vehicle. We were advised they could keep looking at a rate of $95 an hour, but didn't have any idea of how long it would take (1 hour? 10? The service manager gave a sarcastic response about winning the lottery if he would be able to tell that.) Furthermore, he advised my husband that we should just trade it in and get a new vehicle (wow, coming from a guy who works at a car dealership? wonder what kind of cut he gets?). At the end of it, we are out the $190 and still don't know what's wrong with the vehicle. All attempts to resolve this complaint at the dealership were ignored or met with rudeness. Also, as a side note, there was another gentleman in on the day we went to pick up the vehicle who had a problem with his indicator light for his tire pressure. When he picked up his vehicle from this repair, he was driving down the road and his tire went flat. He pulled over to the side of the road but could not change the tire because he did not have the keys to his locking lug nuts. Someone at the dealership had misplaced them. Thus, he was stuck on the side of the road with his vehicle being disabled, thanks to their "repair." This place is terrible. read more
