When we first moved into this house we knew we would have to landscape the yard, both back and front. At first, we had no idea what that would take, and so attempted to do it ourselves. Unfortunately, we had to take the ground level down almost 6 inches which is A LOT of dirt. I knew we couldn't handle that on our own so... Travis saw my cry for help on Facebook and the rest is history. They removed and hauled off all that dirt, brought in top soil, installed all new irrigation as well as a new shut off valve and main line, a drip system, had another company do curbing, basalt rock in the beds, and sod down. They also installed a brand new pump and timer. The previous set up wouldn't work and was even installed in an unsafe manner. Dan made sure it was fixed and done correctly, and consulted KID to ensure the right equipment was used. Dan and Travis Patridge will make sure you're taken care of. Landscaping is expensive, but they will make sure they do it right the first time.

The biggest problem is that the gates do not line up properly when they close, making them difficult to use. Both gate latches also fail to close correctly. I even asked them to fix one latch because it was originally installed on the outside of the fence, but it still doesn't function properly after their attempt to correct it. The overall craftsmanship is poor. The spacing between the fence boards is inconsistent throughout the entire fence, with some gaps much wider than others. It gives the fence an unprofessional appearance and makes it obvious that little attention was paid to detail. I expected much better workmanship for the amount of money I paid.

Most of my fence is already falling apart after less than 2 years of it being up but the gate is just over a year old now. The grass that was placed is constantly dying and isn't level in the slightest. they placed it down on uneven ground and over huge rocks which has created huge holes once the grass settled and I've nearly sprained my ankle many times. My lawn mower blade stopped because it hit a rock that was very close to the surface. Not only was the grass placed over uneven ground, there was also trash, nails which were rusty, and huge chunks of wood. Some of the sprinklers weren't properly placed and one got destroyed by my lawn mower so I had to replace it- which I planned on doing anyway since the sprinklers they install are completely cheap and they either placed too many in one area so it floods or they don't reach everything and my grass is constantly dying. I am not the only one with these issues. There are over 20 people I've talked to so far in my neighborhood. I could go on forever. I should mention after my complaints throughout the years of dealing with this company, they fixed SOME of the rock under the grass issue and fixed the gate latch. The gate latch was fixed when I extended some fencing and later found out that since their wood is so cheap, the previous wood gets thrown away even if it's less than a year old. makes a ton of sense. Company was hired through my landlord for my home and 3 other Duplexs. They show up at weird times…read more( 1st time 6pm , next 3 times at 3pm , now at 7:30 AM) They are responsible for turning on our sprinklers, haven't done that in a month and a half, so my grass is now dead. They have pushed through multiple peoples gates with there animals in the backyard, not notifying them before hand. Last week our neighbor confronted them and then they proceeded to laugh and smerk after they let her dog out. And they continue to lie about the yards they have mown and continue to collect the money for it. They haven't mowed my lawn since the first time they pushed through my back yard.
