My yard was overrun and needed replanting. It took almost a month before they were able to start the peoject, and only after i had to contact them several times asking when the work would begin. There were some delays that were not their fault, but there were also several commitments that they failed to meet and had to reschesule on me. They never let me know ahead of time that work would not be able to be completed. They would just miss their commitment and then i was left to contact them and find out the reason. After the initial work was finished, they were supposed to continue with weed control. They never showed up again. The manager contacted me several times inquiring about my lawn. Every time i told him weeds were growing back strong. The week of the 4th of july, i sent him a picture of my overgrown yard. At this point it was worse than before they dis the first job because the weeds were being watered. He said he would have someone over to pull weeds or mowz but again nobody showed on the agreed date. My yard was an absolute mess for the holiday weekend. After that i cut ties with this company and will never do business again. The wasted my time as a customer by telling me they could meet my needs, but completely fell flat on providing the actual service. Dont waste your time with this company. Their hands are too full to take care of you. ​

They cleaned up after themselves. A few days later a man came to grind up the stumps. He was amiable and careful of our sprinklers and plantings. We wish we would have been better prepared for him to grind more of the spreading roots.

It fell right onto my house causing tens of thousands of dollars of damage to my home and upending my life for it. When confronted with what they did, they tried to leave before I made them stay to get all of their insurance info and then tarp my house. I don't normally write with this much passion, but these guys are incompetent at their job. This is something that needed to be taken down in pieces and they instead decided to cut corners and now it's going to cost them badly.
