From the beginning Steven has provided us with not just customer service, but with heartfelt consideration and kindness. My husband and I purchased a total lemon of a house. One major issue was that we had a significant infestation of cockroaches, spiders and a large variety of ants. Being that we're recent transplants from the North, we aren't familiar with the types of pests that share our environment let alone how to deal with them. We scheduled an appointment with Steven on the recommendation of our Real Estate agent and he wowed us from day one. First of all Steven showed up in a timely manner to our appointment (which I appreciate immensely), he the did a walk through inspection explaining all the ways in which we as home owners can be empowered to help ourselves and help make the most out of our treatments. (This says a lot to me. Most people don't like to give recommendations or share knowledge because they have lack based fear and worry we will try to do it ourselves and they will lose money, but what they don't understand is that it builds a trusting relationship.) Not only did Steven take good care of us on day 1, but he came out 3 more times to support us through the process without charge. Again, this made us feel like he cares about us as people. He cares that he is doing a good through job and that we're doing out part as well. He spoke with us a number of times on the phone addressing issues and assuring us that sometimes cockroaches take a little time to treat and prevent. Now 3 months after move in I can proclaim we are roach free!!! Steven came out for our quarterly visit and was impressed to see how well we took his suggestions and found very few pests still active. Steven is our "Certified Bug Assassin!" He provided us with sanity and made our home feel more like ours and less like a roommate situation! Haha! I'd highly recommend Atlanta Outsourced to anyone! Especially if you want a highly skilled professional who cares about you, you're home and you're sanity like family...Steven is your guy! I could not come to his home and just because he didn't answer , have the freedom to walk around his home .
