And now I feel like aliens came and took away all the Customerservice I used to be able to schedule my appointments with certainty, and my service provider was amazing Since they provided me with somebody new to do my home, I feel like I'm scrambling to keep the insects away I guess the proper euphemism would be they exterminated Customerservice at least in my area. I feel like I am behind the curve and this year I have more bugs in my house than I've ever had over the last five years I don't want a phone call from an automatic system. I want emails and direct communication with my service provider so that I know when they're going to show up and waiting an entire day for somebody to roll in is not really an option.

I think we've only had to call them out once in all that time for an additional treatment and they were happy to oblige. The office staff is very accommodating with scheduling and their techs are knowledgable, thorough, and friendly. They show up at our house like they're happy to be here and they're always on time and the couple times I've forgotten, they've waited for me to get home. Bunn has a family feel they make us feel like we're a part of it.

We paid over $2,000 for a wildlife exclusion - DON'T DO IT. Arrow inspected the premises and said…read morethey'd seal up the house and the attic mice would be gone in weeks. They said we'd have a one-year guarantee too. The mice never left, Arrow was never able to prevent the mice from getting into the attic. The staff strung us along for a year. In the end, they basically said there's nothing they can do because our house has siding - which they knew when they took our money. They advised us that poison was our best bet. We literally hired them to avoid using poison (to avoid the risk of secondhand poisoning our pet). We still have mice in the attic and this service was COMPLETELY WORTHLESS. It was a waste of a year and a waste of money. They then had the nerve to ask us if we'd like to renew their guarantee for another year. NOPE!

Can you believe when I explained my problem to their competition Orkin, the Orkin representative concluded that I had fleas over the phone. This was before anyone had been dispatched to my home. I even explained that I just moved into a new house in a new subdivision, that none of my neighbors had dogs and that I didn't have a dog and Orkin still insisted it was fleas. Go figure? Thank goodness I had the sense to call Arrow Exterminators. Arrow Exterminators came to my house the next day, completed a thorough examination of the inside and outside grounds and determined I had seasonal silverfish that were coming under the threshold from the grass outside. The problem was solved, treated and I haven't seen any silverfish since. It's been almost a year so I should probably give Arrow Exterminators a call again, especially Fred who services the southern metro area from the Newnan office. If you have a bug problem or just require routine pest control, go online to www.arrowexterminators.com or call 1-888-GO-ARROW.

Figures, as Google is known for deleting or downgrading negative reviews to keep the advertising revenue flowing. Absolutely has to be the case here as there is no way, NO WAY, the other reviews on there are accurate. If you want to get real opinions on a business -- skip Google and go to Yelp. Google says these jokers are a 4.8. Yelp says 1.0 -- which is correct because this place STINKS.

If you don't give him your information and tell him you're not interested, he responds with an insult, "I guess you're not the right person who we want to do business with." The audacity! I pray that he learns better skills and how to address people in the future. I live in Newnan, Summer Grove but didn't catch his name but his picture is below. Active Pest, he is not helping your company out, he is hurting you and needs more training. Lots of neighbors are talking about him and have even posted their encounter with him on Nextdoor.
