Glenn began working in his father's business while he was still in high school. Glenn lives in Fayetteville with his wife Dawn and their two children, Abbygale and Hudson. They are active members of Fayetteville First Baptist Church.
His hobbies include hunting, shooting, gardening, hiking, camping and canoeing.
