When Alex called to discuss my appointment, he cut me off as soon as I began describing my situation. Instead of listening, he told me I "needed to see a doctor" and that there was nothing they could do. He did not give me the chance to explain that I had already seen a doctor and been medically cleared. His dismissive attitude was rude and completely inappropriate for someone in customer service. I then called the corporate office and spoke with Bailey, who told me this was not how their company treats clients and that she would look into it and call me back. She seemed to respond, but the next person I spoke to was Johnathan, who made the situation worse. On his first call, he insulted my intelligence by telling me my building had extermination services, even though I was trying to hire my own independent service. On his second call, he flat-out denied service entirely. Despite having an active pest issue, they refused to even come inspect the unit, give guidance, or attempt to help in any way. I was also told their treatments were "watered down" and that I could buy stronger products at Home Depot--so why even hire a professional? This is how they treat someone actively seeking help with an ongoing infestation? Dismissive, unprofessional, condescending, and unwilling to provide service. I strongly do not recommend using Lookout Pest Control. Save your time and money--go elsewhere.

He came to my home the next day, went up into the attic, climbed on my roof, noticed a leak (totally unrelated to my phantom visitor) and applied sealant. He went above and beyond to find the source of the critter, and again, while doing so advised me of other situations at my home (i.e., the leak). When I asked him what I owed him, he said nothing...because he wasn't able to find the squirrel/bird/? That is excellent customer service. If I were to review myself, however, I would get not even one star. Dan and I talked about other things he does and we thought he would be a good fit re: doing some side work as he is a craftsman as well. I reached out several times and never received a response. I thought it was really odd because we talked about other plans for my house...I was really excited! I finally realized that I forgot to send him $$$ for the time he spent and effort he went to find the source of the activity in my home and for climbing around on top of my roof and applying sealant to when the leak was. When the technician arrived at our scheduled time, I was nap-trapped in my son's room. My wife, who was on an important video call, was working in her home office, clearly unable to respond when he attempted to get her attention through the front door and office window. Instead of waiting, he entered our backyard, walked up the deck steps, let himself into our home, and interrupted her meeting--without any permission or notice. When I called the company to report this, I expected immediate apologies and reassurances. Instead, I was met with explanations about the technician's credentials and told it's "not unusual" for customers to allow him access to their homes when they aren't available. At no point had we ever agreed to this, and their dismissive attitude left us feeling unheard. By the next morning, I was done. If you're considering Arrow, think twice. Respect for privacy and genuine customer care are clearly not their priorities.

Immediately following my post the owner of the company stepped out and was accountable for my customer experience. Not only that, he contacted me directly to listen to my concerns and proposed a number of ways to make it right. In addition, he had his best service tech and team come out to inspect the work and make any improvements necessary. I was very impressed by that and the follow up by his team. He continued to reach out to make sure I was satisfied. That's how you run a business and I am pleased to give him and his company the highest rating.
