The pest control company that I usually use wasn't equipped to handle whatever might be inside. Skedaddle handled things beautifully for me! The person who spoke to me on the phone got all my information, listened carefully, and gave me good advice about what I needed based on what was happening (a free assessment, rather than jumping to an animal removal appointment). The person who came to my house called ahead, offered to text me when he arrived (because I was in work meetings), and was incredible! He checked out the stove, not just quickly looking inside, but poking carefully to see how it was set up and whether anything might be hiding out of sight. He examined the pipes leading to the stove. And, he explained what likely caused the sound (a bee that had since died). He also pointed out the outside chimney and helped me understand a bit about how it was set up, why I likely didn't need to do anything, but also offered to send a quote to add some protection if I wanted it. The quote was very reasonable, and if I thought that I needed the additional protection, I'd hire them in a second to do it. Incredibly reassuring, informative, and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to call again or to recommend them. Thank you so much, Skedaddle!

Bruce went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of. He did a phenomenal job not only getting rid of the critters that had found their way into our home but also sealing up the outside to make sure nothing could get back in. Bruce's professionalism and deep knowledge of his field were beyond impressive. He patiently explained every step of the process, and I learned so much just from chatting with him. On top of being an expert in his field, he was also a joy to have around--such a personable and friendly guy! I was also impressed by the level of communication from the company, even when winter weather and road closures presented challenges. They kept me updated every step of the way, which made the entire experience stress-free. As a family-owned company, their care and dedication to their customers really stood out. The pricing was very fair for the extensive work they provided, and I appreciated the value they delivered. Even though I live in Roswell, GA, Bruce sometimes made the trip from Blue Ridge or Dawsonville to get to us, showing how committed they are to their wide service area. If you suspect critters have made their way into your home, don't wait--call Southern Wildlife & Southern Pest Management, LLC. He is super friendly and nice to talk to and made sure to communicate with us regularly; he's been checking our traps many times throughout the past couple weeks and told us he is available quickly whenever we hear commotion. He made sure we didn't patch up the hole too early to prevent the animal from scratching it's way back in and sealed up many smaller holes around the property. I live overseas, but I went with the one year guarantee for this property and I definitely feel comfortable now, as I fully trust he will come right out if needed. I will definitely contact him for any other pest issues in the future, highly highly recommended!

However, I did not know they would get inside our roof and hang out when it got cold. Attic Kings guys came out and assessed the situation and set traps. They got the first two raccoons in three days and the last one a couple of days later so fast, and they were great about checking the traps and then coming right back out when I called them saying there was one in the trap. They did not make me or the raccoons wait. No noise since they trapped them and then sealed the holes so they could not get back inside. Very nice people and helpful. We apparently tracked in fleas from outside where many dogs are walked close to our door, because our inside cat of several years suddenly had fleas, never seen before. Despite treating the cat directly with topical and oral meds, we kept finding them, along with what looked like eggs, when using a flea comb. I was horrified and after researching learned we needed to treat the environment. Matt explained the type of products they would use and what to expect, and the tech was great about communicating when on the way about his arrival time . We were still seeing a couple fleas and eggs a few days later and although I know the cycle can take a few weeks to break I was concerned, as some areas had not been treated. I contacted the office and they were responsive and courteous. Matt reached out with some info and they had the tech return to both retreat with another product and treat some new areas. I know that my stress was showing (having to wash every area rug, blanket, throw, pillow, sheet, anything fabric in hot water and dry it on high to kill the eggs and I was doing laundry round the clock) but the office, Matt and the tech remained patient and empathetic and never made me feel like I was a bother. After the second treatment we haven't seen any further evidence of fleas - but if we did, I know the service is guaranteed. Matt's Pest provided prompt, courteous, professional and effective service. I definitely recommend them!
