This was our first time doing a fishing trip like this and we loved it! We had such an amazing time. The views you get to see, the people you interact with, and the fish you catch are epic! Can't forget the Captain of the Norwester and Cole were the best!

Such a wonderful experience, caught more fish than we expected! Captain Lance was awesome. Mitch the deckhand was professional, friendly and helpful, wonderful with our kids (9, 13 & 15). I get motion sickness and was glad I got a prescription for Scolpamine patches before I left. Exceeded expectations, a day we will always remember!

Four of us from Montana went out on the Norwester for Rockfish, Lingcod, and crabs. The fishing was awesome, but equally fun was getting to know Captain Lance and his crew. These guys were super cool and worked hard to keep us on the fish. Definitely booking with these guys for our trip next year.

We went on a charter with these guys today! I think the captain was Ron I could be wrong on that one. But these guys rock the fishing experience! No doubt about that! My sons birthday is next week and I plan on going back. They make sure you have the very best experience! I would book with them anyway anytime! What a rock and roll day!!! Kudos to the crew ! Yah k you so much!

This is my favorite fishing charter outfit in the Pacific Northwest. Super nice office staff and all of the boats and skippers are good. My favorite is the D and D skippered by Rob. It's not the nicest boat out there but it is clean and pretty fast. Rob has superb fish finding skill and is fun to fish with. I like to fish albacore with Rob

Great experience using this charter company! Very experienced crew who provided a great time for a big group of us! We caught 45 rock fish, 1 cod and 25 crabs! The customer service is above par! Pricing is great for the service received!

Amazing company and great staff. Ask for the ALASKA SUNRISE, the Skipper will put you where you need to be to limit out on rock fish. We filled our buckets quick and got to enjoy the ride.

Success and an awesome blue sky day with Garibaldi Charters.

Garibaldi Charters is on the fish! I'm still on the D&D with Captain Marty and Deckhand Aiden. I did the deep reef ling cod, rockfish and crabbing charter. Marty put us on the fish and we limited it by 11:00. I did pray for success...highly recommend Garibaldi Charters. Shout out to Owen Hayes and Outdoors Northwest, the only live outdoor show in the Northwest. Owen had Tamara from GC on to talk about the charters they run and I was hooked. Did I say crab too? 4 per person. Loving this!!

    Whoa!!! Lot of keepers!

This is the best port in Tillamook bay for crabbing and accessing the ocean…read more It offers 4 boat launch lanes, ample free parking for cars, $10 boat launch/trailer parking fee, free life preservers to borrow, and convenient nearby bait shops, restaurants, and restrooms. Also there's now a nearby food cart pod just off highway 101, so you'll have lunch/dinner covered if you don't have much luck fishing/crabbing.

Interesting reviews for this little town. Three stars because most places are closed on…read moreSunday?!?!? Maybe the hard working folks in this town need a day off? Or they are at church giving thanks? The pile of lumber the karen complained about is apparently long gone. I've been coming here a few times a year for the past 35 years or so and I can't say that I've ever seen her opinion of an eyesore. And creosote is not especially harmful unless you consume it in large quantities. So let's talk about the good in Garibaldi and there is plenty of that here. Not a lot of places to eat but there are a few. With the scamdemic dining options are more limited but I'm sure the shop owners are suffering a lot more than their hungry wannabe patrons. The OCSR runs daily excursion trains daily during summer hours up to Rockaway. They also do very limited availability runs up to Salmonberry if you are lucky enough to get on one of those. The track bed gets increasingly rough as the years go by and that line did go all the way to Banks (and perhaps to Hillsboro if I recall correctly) not that long ago. The marina is great. I don't happen to have a boat but I love going there and talking to the skippers of old wooden vessels and taking photographs. These sailors come from all over and are mostly very friendly and happy to chat with dumb tourists like myself. The only negative, and it's really not a serious negative due to safety reasons but there is often a cop with radar at either end of town. I don't know what the limit is for actually getting a ticket but a small amount of inattention could potentially spoil your whole day. Of course if you run someone over because you are speeding that would spoil their whole day so..... Garibaldi is one of my favorite little towns along 101 and I've run the length of it from the Olympic peninsula to California.
