You get what you pay for. The price for rent matches the overall high quality living. If there are every any maintenance issues, it is fixed immediately. The office staff is professional and friendly. I truly feel the staff cares about the tenants and their well being. The overall appearance of the complex is amazing. Landscaping is a huge plus. The Vineyards are kept in excellent condition. This is a wonderful place to live

I would like to bring attention to a recurring safety concern within the Vineyard Apartments…read morecommunity. There are vehicles, including a sports car and a Mini Cooper with plush items displayed on the dashboard, that are frequently observed driving at excessive speeds throughout the complex. This behavior poses a serious risk to residents, especially children who are often outside playing or riding bicycles. These vehicles are frequently seen in the area directly across from the back of the front office. I strongly encourage management to issue a reminder to all tenants about adhering to speed limits and driving cautiously within the property. Additionally, I recommend reviewing security camera footage to help identify the vehicles involved and address the situation appropriately. Ensuring resident safety should remain a top priority, and proactive communication on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

First thing's first, I love the maintanence here. We needed our dryer, our dishwasher and our spare…read moreshower water temp knob fixed and each was fixed same day. They don't give you any grief about it either, they're happy to help. There are some lovely tenants here. It's nice. There are families here too. Everyone keeps to themselves and are mostly quiet. As for a few of our neighbors here, they seem to have signed a different rental agreement than we did...I'm pretty sure it states that if noise you are making in your own unit is audible in a neighboring unit, you are being too loud and is unacceptable. I believe it says that there is no smoking in the units as well. Both of our downstairs neighbors are problematic. One has a sound system that he likes to use at all hours of the day and even as late as midnight on a couple occasions. I have called about this issue and was given attitude by the front desk as if we don't pay money to live here and have a right to complain about our neighbors being a nuisance. Our other downstairs neighbor smokes weed in his apartment. Every time he smokes in his unit, the smell comes up the shared wall (our master bedroom and master bathroom wall) and makes it smell disgusting in both those rooms. And all I was told when I called in to complain about this was "I've been by there a few times and have never smelled anything, but we'll give him a courtesy call." I can name two other units where I've SEEN someone smoking weed (a bong sitting in your window sill while you're hacking a lung up with music blaring and standing outside your apartment just give it away) and smelled it too so there was no mistaking it. All I ask is that the front desk cut the attitude and do something when asked to assist in resolving an issue that rightly needs to be dealt with. Our rent is going from $925 to $1100...that's a huge jump in rent that honestly, we can't budget for, but they need their money I guess... Also, there's a homeless man that somehow manages to get into the gates and digs through all of our dumpsters. The police have come by a few times but he still comes almost every night. So taking the trash out at night is definitely out of the question after he scared the daylights out of me standing IN the dumpster I was trying to chuck a heavy trash bag into. I'd take my rent money elsewhere if at all possible.

We loved living here great friendly staff. Maintenance requesting are taking care fast. Grounds are kept clean. Great amenities (pools, Jacuzzi, Gym, tennis courts. Quite and peaceful. I loved and enjoyed my time living here and just recently moved due to my husband and I buying a home nearby or we would still be living here and loving it. I highly recommend The Fountains.

Avoid this place! Been here for over 3 years and really had no issues until moving to another unit…read more Upon move in we found out that the stove doesn't work properly to even boil water; the stove top coil also exploded and put a hole through our stainless steel pan also burning my husband's hand. The washer leaks water on the floor, dryer makes this crazy sound, cockroaches found on a weekly, shower caulking is cracked, you can't have the microwave on and the toaster going at the same time or the electricity turns off lol, paint splattered over countertops/toilet handle/towel rack, inside of the dishwasher is rusty, and the list goes on. I wish I was making stuff up cause there are so many things that are wrong here. At first, I wasn't too concerned cause maybe mgmt/maintenance had a lot on their plate and just didn't work on the unit thoroughly before move in. So I put in maintenance requests thinking that they'd come out and just fix the issues without a problem. Not only did they take forever to come out but also poorly fixed things and labeled it "normal" to still have a stove that exploded and doesn't boil water or a dryer that is squealing. They haven't even fixed a quarter of the things I've asked and it's been almost 2 months since move in. TLDR: Property is getting old and management is doing a poor job of upkeep. If you're looking for newer or updated apartments, just spend the extra dollar and go somewhere else.

This place is a hidden gem :) Michelle, the property manager, was very responsive and helpful…read morethroughout the leasing process. Our move- in went smoothly and we are loving the property so far. The new company that owns these apartments is extremely on top of their stuff, and it's refreshing to see staff doing general upkeep and maintenance frequently. The pool and grounds are maintained very well. The exteriors of the building are brand new and have a very appealing design. It's nice to just sit outside and enjoy the property. The apartments themselves are BEAUTIFULLY renovated. You can tell it wasn't a cheap paint and polish - the units themselves have had a lot of TLC poured into them and are very modern! Upstairs units have vaulted ceilings but downstairs units do not. The only potential downsides for some people might be the thin-ish walls and parking situation. With it being an older building, the insulation isn't as great as brand new buildings meaning you sometimes hear doors opening/closing, vehicles pulling up, and people walking outside. This is completely normal in my opinion for this style of apartment, though! For parking, you get 1 assigned spot but if you have more than 1 vehicle you have to find parking in limited unmarked spaces or park along the street. This hasn't been an issue for me so far, but others have said it can be sometimes.
