    This is my car right after getting it "washed".

    Went to get gas and a car wash. Didn't realize until I got home that my car was still extremely filthy and looked exactly the same as it did before I got it washed even though I got the "better wash" option. Called to see if I could get a refund while I could barely hear the clerk over the phone and they said that I couldn't get a refund since I left the premises. Extremely irritating. Here is a photo of my car when I got home.

    I have been going to his Shell for years. As well as my wife and Daughter. Needless to say this Shell has lost our business forever. This has to be the most un-ethical, non-communicative business I have ever dealt with in my life! As a family we spend over $400 per month at this Shell. Needless to say, they have lost our business to a competitor and I will make it my goal to assure that the general public is aware of how bad the management and ownership is of this Shell Station is. I went to get gas as usual a week ago at this Shell. I also purchased a car wash. Igot my gas and I started to go through the car wash. It did not start up properly. I was in the car wash stuck with nothing going on. I got out of my car and got the supervisor 'Lynn' to assist. Lynn had to make two attempts to make the car-wash go. The first time it did not work. Each time, Lynn had me drive around to start the process again. It finally went off and appeared to work. That being said, it also felt as if my car was slightly tipped to the left and not perfectly horizontal. I went home and went inside my home as it was close to Five PM. I went out the next day to go to work and noticed a 12" x 12" surface scratches directly in the middle front of the hood. Guess where that came from? Yup, the abrasive rubber wheel that comes down from the top of the car wash to clean. I immediately went to the Shell to show my concern and see what could be done. I also showed the cashier the surface scratches from the car wash. The cash register employee stated that he could not do anything except take my name and number and have the supervisor call me. Well, guess who that was? Lynn! I waited a day and no call was ever received from Lynn. I drove back to the Shell and once again expressed myself to the cashier on my concern and frustration that no one was reaching out to me to resolve. Now keep in mind, I spend over $400 a month at this Shell, $5K a year!! I called Lynn two more times and left a message to no avail. I went back a third time and guess who I was able to see walking from the Cashier area to the office are in back? Lynn! I had Lynn come look at the car and I also have pictures of this. She said nothing could be done without her Manager. I asked for his contact information, I was told I was not allowed to receive this information. I left my information for the third time for the Manager of this Shell to get back to me. I waited yet another day with no communication. I called Lynn and left several messages. No call back from Lynn was ever received. One day, I finally got Lynn on the phone as I called on a different phone (as I was being phone screened). I told her about my concern and frustration in how my issue was being ignored at all levels. Lynn once again said, she would tell her Manager. I once again asked as well, 'can I have the Manager's contact information'? I was once again told 'no'. Another day went by and I was very persistent in calling. After six more calls, Lynn picked up (again due to me calling from another phone) and she said that the Manager would have their technician look at the car wash and get back to me. Two more days went by and I had to make several calls to reach Lynn as no one called me back. When I finally did, she said that the video was looked at (she did not say by whom) and it was deemed that there was nothing wrong and that was the end of it from their perspective. I once again, expressed my deep concern that no one would look at my car and see exactly what I had shown the Cashier and Lynn to get to a resolution. This was received with 'crickets'. Again, I spend close to $5K a year at this Shell station on a yearly basis. If anyone from this Shell Station who owns it, would take five minutes to see what I had already shown others, it would be VERY clear to them, that yup, the car wash had an issue that day and Shell needs to resolve this. I understand that the car-wash is owned by another company, but you see, this does not matter, this car-wash is on the property of this Shell gas station and they ultimately have the responsibility to make this right as any business/partner relationship is run. I have spoken to Lynn over six times with no resolution. I have never spoken to a Manager of this Shell station. I have just been kicked to the curb and ignored. I made it clear to Lynn that I would not stop until this was resolved. It is bad business and extremely unethical in how they treat their own paying customers. I tried one last time to reach Lynn and Management of this Shell Station and guess what, the phone number has been changed (626-585-8520) and is no longer valid for Lynn. How low can you go? Again,Shell just lost more than $5k a year from myself and my family, the integrity of the brand is forever lost and will be duly noted in a small claims case. What a waste! These are simple surface scratches that could be buffed out for

And a man with missing side teeth got irritated with my questions . I wasn't rude until the man who runs the shop started being. I did not need anyone being rude to me. And if the store is doing so well, why was my beef jerky stale . so you have time to argue with people, but not rotate the stale food off of your shelves? And whoever that man who also wished me good luck, Sir get your side teeth fixed . And since you got time to lean, you got time to check your store for stale food.. if you just have to come to this place, good luck to you don't ask questions purchase your food and go. But I will not be recommending this liquor store to anybody that I know.

They start closing everything in my so I pressed the call button and said "hi I'm the one you told to come back" the pharmacist starts YELLING saying "I told you to come inside not the drive through" i tell her that no she didn't and she keeps yelling "Yes I did ABIGAIL HERNANDEZ, yes I did!" ... my name is not Abigail... I try to tell her that and she keeps yelling back and forth while I'm trying to explain that I am not Abigail, she continues to question me until she finally asks me for my date of birth and I gave it to her. Luckily I had start recording at this point bc I had never ever been spoken to like that in my entire life. I work on customer service, I know people are annoying, and I'm not one of those! I don't know what Abigail did but if the worst thing she did was come to the drive through instead of instead, it still is not warranted. She then yells at me the price and I tell her yes I'm aware. She puts me on hold and then tells me she'll open it up. The entire time the big guy is staring at me through the window. I'm alone, I feel completely unsafe by him but I am so sick and I just want my medicine to try and feel a little bit better. They toss out an empty basket without saying a word, I ask them if it's for my id or my card, they don't respond so I just put both. They give my medicine and a pen with a receipt but it has no signature line. The guy is still staring so I ask if I'm supposed to sign, no response again so I sign the paper and put it back. I ask them if I need anything else and the lady comes over upset and says "you signed the wrong paper, here sign this one"... there was no other paper other than my medicine bag? These people have no heart or empathy, you are working with sick people and this is how you treat them... that's pure evil, do work at place where you don't need to interact with others, remote jobs exist!! Avoid the big guy and the woman with the curly hair at all costs. You don't know when they will just randomly snap on you.

What do I get? Mild shock? Try full-blown betrayal. The entire pizza section? Demolished. Custom orders? Gone. Those awesome grinder sandwiches? Vanished like they never existed. Now it's just sad, pre-made frozen hockey pucks thawed out by two employees whose thrilling job is... pulling boxes from the freezer and slapping 'em in the oven. No unbaked take-home option anymore--because why give customers choices when you can force-feed us mediocrity? Zero customization, zero flavor, toppings so mysterious I couldn't tell if it was pepperoni or cardboard. And that excellent garlic sauce? Axed. Hawaiian? Eradicated, like it personally offended the boardroom. This tastes like the kind of "pizza" you'd approve in a shiny office meeting while ignoring every employee and customer screaming otherwise. I find everything I need here. Good meat selection. I like that they have ready-packed food items at the deli such as salads, sandwiches, mash/chicken bowls, pizza, and so much more. Perfect lunch items. They also have good specials on Rotisserie or Fried Chicken. Prices are affordable. You can use your debit card at checkout, but not credit cards FYI. The store is big, clean, organized, and fully stocked with fresh products. Employees that I've encountered are friendly and helpful. I've always had a good shopping experience at WinCo stores.
