Staff were sharp and nicely dressed, waiters were friendly but didn't actually explained more in detail the many different cuts they had. ( T-Bone and much more ) Honestly If you have the money, I would recommend this place. Negative: the wait was a bit to long, and there weren't a lot of people. It was pretty quiet and not a lot of customers. So the wait was a bit long .. for even the server to come to our table; get our orders and then the food. The MUSIC** was so loud I had a hard time understanding my partner. It wasn't a lite background music, it was more like I was at a disco, really disturbing and annoying. Everything else: was PERFECT. The food was so good and the meat was so tender. I took the 50$ steak and it was just delicious. Only thing that kinda bothered me is that I ordered an entree and got it like a dessert .. she kept forgetting after we asked her 3 times that it was missing .. The waitress asked me if I wanted another Coke and I found that nice of her .. only thing is: I thought when she offered that they had Free refills .. But she charged me twice. Kinda weird, also it wasn't a tall glass. It was those little bottles, so kinda disappointed there also. For the evening it costed 150$ with the Tip. Was it good: heck yeah! Service was good: it was okay Price: I ain't coming back .. Yeah it's a fancy restaurant and you can get a 20$ meal instead of a 50$ steak, but I had my fair share of this place.

Okay, this restaurant is the only reason to even be in the Tremblant village, which I absolutely…read morehated. And then, this seriously amazing restaurant is there! As part of the Westin, I believe. I've been traveling in Quebec for about a month, and this is one of top meals I've had. Also, they know how to treat a solo diner. I mean it sucks to eat alone while on vacation, and I felt like my waitress knew how to make me feel comfortable. The dishes which I have pictures below were amazing. I started with the best beet salad I've ever had. It was on a bed of pureed cashews, which added the perfect solidity to the beets and other vegetables. My main was salmon, and there was nothing wrong with this dish, but I could have gotten something like it anywhere. But it was the dessert that was absolutely amazing. That's a vanilla crème on an almond cookie and then infused with this Quebecois fruit called a melitot (I think). Like a subtle blueberry raspberry hybrid. The subtlety with the vanilla crème was perfect. If you have the unfortunate experience of staying in this village, definitely go here.

Not pictured is the omelette breakfast option that would be my preference when we return this week. The omelette is filled with spinach, mushrooms and sauerkraut, which didn't sound appetizing but turned out to be a phenomenal surprise of a combination. The coffee is strong and a delicious blend that had us each downing three cups. A medium roast that isn't watered down like most places, piping hot with all of the options to create the morning coffee of your choice. We are excited to try dinner here soon!

I ordered the daily soup which was really good and it was only 3.50. I also had a Cuban sandwich that was huge AND delicious. It came with some of the best BBQ sauce on the planet for your fries. If you order a meal during the daytime, for $1.50 more, you get a coffee or tea and a dessert. Choice of tiramisu or chocolate cake and the tiramisu is made in-house. Our meal was 23.00 for a Cuban, 2 soups, a coke, tea and dessert. Can't beat that! The place is half family restaurant and the other half is a venue for music groups. Service was great too.
